“Not impressed. After checking the website and noting that the part I needed was only available from the Fareham branch, I drove from Southampton to be told it was not available. The chap behind the counter was not overly helpful and stated that the availability meant that "the company had one". I ordered the part online over the weekend and collected from Southampton on the Monday which really left me short on time.”

The young man Jacob was so informative and helpful and enabled me to make a purchase and have it ready for collection the next day.
