“Ordered some screen wash on 03 April and had an email saying it was dispatched on 04 April. Tracking details said it has not been received by the courier. I followed up with customer service on 12 April and still have heard no updates. No idea where my item is. If it had arrived it would probably be a good review but it is seemingly lost in the ether.”

“They got my online order wrong despite me putting in my reg. So obviously I had to go back and get it changed and was told I’d have a £4 refund but never did (I know it’s only £4 so not horrendous but principal initttt)”

“An excellent product is the top tech power washer with a built-in detergent sump. The machine is very easy to use and makes a great job of cleaning the car and the patio. The only minus site is when ordering the website states free delivery if the order is over a certain price. My order was double the amount required for free delivery but I was not offered this option. The only options I was offered charged me. I think someone has to look at this option.”

“Its a good shop but will give only 2 stars becasue of very poor access for people with disabilities. If you are wheelchair user it would be imposible to access the store even its on the ground floor but has high kerb and a steep step. Could be quite easly solved by making a small kind of ramp?”

“Most unfortunate that the part supplied did not fit ( despite confirming good against registration plate)… then returned to be replaced with correct part from another manufacturer…I had to wait half an hour because they could not find the part in their warehouse ….!! No discount offered for all the hassle and was expected to pay increased price for the alternative component.Sh?t happens sometimes… but pretty unimpressive all round despite a very pleasant counter guy who was deeply embarrassed by the whole saga.”

“We always find euro car parts good but the courier you use spoils the experience the last item I ordered for next day delivery was not picked up from yourselves and caused me a problem and had to go elsewhere get rid of Evri and all would be good never had a good experience with Evri”
