“AS I HAVE MENTIONED IN THE PAST, I FIND IT MOST FRUSTRATING WHEN I COMPLETE A CLICK AND COLLECT I STILL HAVE TO WAIT IN THE Q IN THE SHOP BEHIND PEOPLE WHO ARE STILL LOOKING FOR A PART THEY MIGHT BUY IF THE PRICE IS RIGHT OR PEOPLE WANTING TO RETURN WRONG PARTS AND WANT TO KNOW WHAT THE RIGHT PARTS ARE AND WHAT PRICE THEY ARE. I APPRECIATE THESE PEOPLE REQUIRE ATTENTION (I SOMETIMES AM ONE OF THEM). WHY CANT YOU HAVE A COUNTER THAT ONLY DEALS WITH CLICK AND COLLECT, SO AS THE ACTUAL PROCEDURE MATCHES THE DESCRIPTION. IT WOULD STOP FRUSTRATED Q'S I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE STAFF, THEY ARE GOOD. ITS WHAT THEY HAVE BEEN ORGANISED TO DO I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT. )”

The Euro Car Parts Sales was very helpful to me, in a friendly manner, in a a clear way that I could understand, and explained to me what options that I had with further purchases. I cannot think of a way that my transaction could have gone better.”

“Bit of an emergency. Car wouldn't start on the Drive. 5 mins to choose a battery on website, paid by PayPal. 15 mins to drive to Europarts. 15 mins back. 10 mins to remove old.10 mins to fit new. Bingo. All sorted within the hour. Great service.”
