“Ordered parts online at 6 in the morning, turned up at 4 in the afternoon. Had to queue for 20 minutes before getting to the till. Expected my stuff to be ready to pick up but no, I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to get my stuff. I thought the point of click and collect was to save time. I will not be buying from here again.”
