“Never received my order they said I picked it up when I know I never went to the store to collect it I waited a week hoping if I never picked it up they would cancel the order as I found what I needed on another website so I was very surprised when I actually got an email telling me I collected my order on the 30th of August from the Birkenhead store”

“Supplied the wrong discs initially, changed for the correct ones, they did not fit either. Poor quality discs (meant to have been Brembo). Went to Dingbro instead.”

“Sold the last Car battery they had in stock that I had already booked online right in front of me to another customer. When I confronted the customer assistant he acted rather awkward and claimed I had to wait until tomorrow for it to he back in stock. He might of made a mistake but it felt a lack of competency of understanding the booking system and items in stock. Never going to Euro Car Parts Uxbridge again.”
