“First time issue, but this time seriously issue, I'm booked visit to change oil and filters, my order should be after 4 days, but I'm waiting 11 days and still no receiving my order. No body called me, no body explain what's happened, this is last time when I'm ordering from this company”

“Happy with the range of parts and VFM. However, there doesn't seem to be much point in buying on-line/Click and Collect if you don't have a dedicated collection point. I buy and pay on-line but in the store (Northampton) I have to wait while the guy who doesn't know what he wants goes through all the options with the counter sales person.”

“This is the second time the staff in the Abergele store have picked my order wrong. Who ever is picking there needs training to learn to read. I hate complaining but the guy behind the counter offered no apology or interaction and nobody is going to pay me for my time and petrol to return to the store again. This isn’t a complaint on Eurocarparts but the staff in Abergele.”
