“They supplied a defective part, so I had to go back on Monday morning. In the snow. Replacing the defective part added an hour to the actual job, 1.5 hours to return the part and 30 miles of fuel. However, the staff dealt with my problem effectively and pleasantly, so full marks to them.”

“I ordered a battery Saturday morning and it was ready for collection more or less immediately, the battery wasn't required and I returned it the next day the refund was processed and in my account the next day, very efficient I thought”
