“Use number plate check, all info on car was right but the parts was wrong. Customer waited 2 days for a part that was useless. I went eles where and it was cheaper better quality and instock. I dont know how euros always gets the parts wrong its 70% chance the parts wont fit”

“Excellent item to replace what can only be described as a design flaw. Not a great idea pumping the water through the motor to the screen, inevitable that it would eventually leak into the gear mechanism. The replacement motor was easy to install and came complete with all parts needed. The hardest part of the job was removing the interior trim without damaging it. (Retired mechanic)”

“I have needed something for my cars a couple of times now & googled what I needed & this site came up cheaper than other places so I ordered oil & a thing that tells you what is wrong when the engine light comes on & I ordered them around tea time & was shocked because on both occasions they had been delivered by 9am the next morning so I definitely recommend & will buy from them again thank you”

“Bought 3 wiper blades, significantly cheaper than anywhere else I looked. Woman at the desk was fast and got them practically as soon as I gave my surname. Used the vehicle finder to get the right ones, it is correct and they installed with no issues nor damage. 10/10 to everything.”

“Poor service, ordered items but when collecting, one item was not there the other was incorrect, both re-ordered in shop but when they turned up the cost was way more expensive. when querried was told that was the price, item was given back for a full refund. then went back to my car and re-ordered on line and paid on line the correct figure then had to wait 15 minutes to collect the exact same tin that i had handed back. guy behind the counter was not appologetic in any way and was just miserasble. Poor customer service.”
