“I've used ECP many times but on this occasion I was a little disappointed. I ordered online a set of bosch wipers for my transit custom. Unfortunately ECP lost the wrong set 120s instead of 353s which they don't stock. The 120s are fit left hand drive transit customs. A full refund was given though without question. I'll still use ECP as its the 1st time I've ever had a problem with them. They should update the database without as the transit custom is one of the most popular vehicles on the road.”

“Went to pick up two tail lights and was presented with a tail light and a fuel pump. Fuel pump box was less than half the size of the tail light. Error rectified after I queried it.”

“Unusually, it took approximately 25 minutes to complete my click and collect. There were, perhaps, three customers in front of me and your team member behaved impeccably with patience as your team normally do. It could be the time that I arrived at your store, about 12:15pm, and customers 'pop' in on lunch breaks. Either way, an unusually long time.”
