“I came to pick up a battery for my car and had to wait nearly 30 mins in the queue even though i was the 4th in line! Service was awful however when i finally got to my turn i received my and no issues were occurred.”

“Website kept saying our online order has failed to process. We tried three times and got three emails telling us this. At the fourth attempt, the order went through. When I went to store to collect, there were two identical orders waiting for me. This was spotted by the shop and I was refunded without question. I’ve since had another 2 “order not collected” emails. Frustrating, but seems to have been sorted. Refund hasn’t processed yet, which is annoying and could be problematic. I’m store was very helpful though. Would shop here again.”
