“Ordered online and collected from local store. When upacked though found was damaged and had to return. I've suffered exactly the same thing before when a pair of wiper blades was delivered bent and ruined. Looked as though box had been taped up before despatch. This should not happen. Poor care of stock. Is this common with Euro?”

“Order said collect after 3 pm. I went at 4 pm item was not there the guy said I should have email telling me when to collect, nothing on my order telling me that. I waited 3 days, still no email so I went and it was there. Very poor customer experience as I drove total of 40 miles to get this part and petrol cost more than delivery charge”
