“Used these guys for quite a long time, this branch is newish to me and one item I bought was a good price so I then added a second item which was to be price matched in store so I held off until this arrived into the store from the warehouse, I had to travel around 12 miles each way to find out the store hadn't got my second item in when it was supposed to be there 👎🏻 the lady who served who was awesome 💪 obviously felt bad and arranged to get it dropped off as a good will gesture, so nice but after the manager wouldn't price match it for me it was all a waste of my time and effort, bad business as it puts me off wanting to buy again”

“Entered numberplate on website, placed order for new battery for delivery. It arrives in a battered condition and is clearly the incorrect battery as its 2" too long! Now even though THEY selected and sent the wrong item, I had to drive to my local branch to take back. Still awaiting the refund.”

“Service in the Aberdeen branch is worse than dreadful. Usually one person on the counter and probably the slowest i have seen. Last twice I have been in customers behind me gave up and walked out. Only reason I have given 2 stars is the products are okay and priced reasonably, have started using Autosave now though.”

“I decided to use the click&collect service but what I didn’t expect is to wait in a queue which started outside and wait over 30mins!!!! in the queue just to collect an order. I certainly won’t be doing a click&collect order again from the Peterborough branch.”

“Went to collect a battery and the plan was to change it there, i forgot my tools and couldn’t do it, my battery died so i asked for tools but they did one better, 4 of them came out to push my car and bump start it, Absolute life savers! 10/10 service.”

“Ordered online, went to pick up but had to wait 20 mins for a passing customer to order as only one person serving Got served then had to wait 10 mins for the order to be picked and sorted out, for me an online order should be ready to just pick up”
