“Recently purchased front and rear discs and pads and service bits took advantage of the black Friday 40% off offer what a brilliant saving parts where avalible for collection the next day or free delivery if needed I collected as was in the area and cannot fault or thank the guy who served me enough brilliant service and really helpful”

“I wouldn't of bothered with your online service if I knew you used Evri. Ordered on the 3rd, didn't receive until the 9th. Impossible to speak to a real person at Evri or find out where my parts were. Why do you use Evri when you have a whole fleet of delivery vans ?”

“parts were ordered and duly arrived next day the exact brand requested overall very pleased with the service one thing could have made the experience better is that the young chap in the counter did not seem very interested in his job in fact apart from the general conversation of paying and getting the invoice he seemed miserable as sin on both visits 48 hrs apart apart from that all was good”

“My parts should be ready to pick up in Saturday. I receive information parts will be ready Monday. It's fine. But Monday I have phone call my parts are not ready. I had MOT test and have need my parts ASAP. Finally in Tuesday have phone call my parts will be ready in Wednesday but NOT manufactured what I ordered. In Wednesday I have my parts ready. Cheeper ones but finally they was ready. When I turned up guys give me half hour long wait becouse they can't find my parts. Few moments later I receive email with thanks for order my parts but pick up date was from Saturday. Not from Wednesday.”

“Specifically ordered the cherry turtle wax air conditioning freshener online for clock and collect, went in and they didn't have it and had to have new car scent. I would've paid the extra and ordered for home delivery if I'd have known they didn't have what I wanted in store.”

“Usually Euro car parts are very good - this time it went a bit wrong, ordered parts and they were showing as in stock and received email to pick up following day, They actually took a week to show in stock and actually were to pick up - Possitive the parts I wanted were reduced in the Black Friday sale and price was honoured and it was a very good price”

“I ordered service parts at least two days before the pickup. It was confirmed that all the parts are available and ready to collect and fully paid. On collection of the items I was told that one spark plug short. I to order again and go to the different location of your store.”
