“ECP are the 'goto' place for my car parts as their website is always so clear and gives you confidence that you're buying the right component for your particular model - it has not been wrong for me as yet. Their customer care is great too as I returned a part that I'd already removed from the plastic bag and they still refunded me the full amount without even questioning my request.”

“Entered my reg in the website and gave me all the parts that should apparently fit my car . So I’ve ordered Brembo brake discs and pads . Booked a garage to get it fitted . Mechanics did the front ones and then went to do that rear ones only to discover that rear discs are too big for my car . So I ended up still paying for the work to the mechanics as they had to take the old discs off and then put them back on .. managed to return the discs to Euro car parts but they didn’t seem to care at all that I’ve ended up losing money .. not impressed but it is what it is”

“Not happy with the service. Ordered a battery for delivery. The delivery driver FAILED to deliver it saying he couldn't find the address. I collected the battery from the Crewe shop where the man said as a matter of goodwill he would re imburse the delivery fee it would take up to three days. Over a week later I have still not received it. This is the first time I have used euro parts The service has not been good I will think twice about using euro parts in the future”

“I ordered parts online. Because i got dismount. However, nobody asked me for a details of the parts. Such as manual/electric hand break. Which effecting diffrent brake pads. So I had to spend £20 for a cab. To exchange pads for a right pads.Because my car been in bits. So discount went thru window. My suggestion is. Check with the customer on collection is the parts are right.”
