“First time having i have walked away feeling poor customer service but the gentleman serving us at the store who we had told I received a faulty bulb thew the bulb in the bin and refused to get it out when asked so we could show him, I walked away feeling like I had greatly inconvenienced his day by coming in and asking for a refund and was fobbed off for trying to explain about the bulb I had purchased. I did get a refund but just felt disappointed in the customer service given my previous experiences :(”

“Purchased Bosch windscreen (A532S) wipers for 2020 Jaguar Sportbrake. Original wiper was 27" and the replacement 28" so was unsure if would fit. Glad to say it works well with no issues re fitting. Straightforward ordering and pick up.”

“I've used ECP for since 1982 when the online ordering came from Southampton. ECP are generally pretty good at having stock items, but they can catch you off guard if your train of thought is distracted. Systems might show as 'in stock' but that's from the feeder, not necessarily at your local branch. If you're ordering parts, double check the order is correct. A recent order of mine wasn't ordered correctly but thankfully the branch had what I needed, so the job was completed and the vehicle back on the road. All in all, they provide a quality service with next day parts provided if not in branch and will deliver (for a charge) if required.”

“Bought a set of light bulbs online, got a message it's ready to collect, went in store and, after 10 minute queue, the man behind the till told me it's not in stock and that I need to come back in 2 days. I then wanted to cancel the order to get a refund and he said he can't because it was bought online. Really bad experience. I'll use online retailers in the future.”

“The lady was lovely and was not at fault at any point. I put my reg in to get a new mirror for my wing mirror and some new wiper blades but unfortunately. I purchased was excited to get new ones as they were on my to do list for far too long. Unfortunately upon collecting none of them were for my car… double checked with the kind lady and they were the correct items but the wrong car. Very disappointed and will not be coming back”
