“Bought a pair of wiper blades for my car. 2 single blades were better value. I used my registration to find the right parts and it said they were correct for my car. Despite this when I tried to fit them they wouldn't fit and none of the supplied adapters were correct. Had to return them and pay extra for a set which fitted first time.”

“The part was exactly what I ordered and fits. The downside was having to wait nearly 10 mins to be served while some idiot was trying to get a cheaper price on good, despite 3 people walking past amd not serving me. In the end I left and returned a few days later only to be kept waiting again. Maybe more than one person should be able to serve Not sure if I would use again as this isn't the first time this has happened.”

“Don’t use Coventry Euro parts! Despite reserving online and being able to collect same day! Queue is out the door only a couple of parking bays! Even if someone drops you off you get fined £70 for waiting in adjacent areas! Nothing shop staff can do!!!!!!!!!!”

“Both items I bought for brake pads and discs did not fit my car, even though I had put my number plate in with the correct model shown, would be nice if they bothered to check that the right parts fit the car before selling them to customers. Spent half a day running back and forth to the shop to find the correct sizes!”
