Takes forever to be served at this place. Just a long queue of people waiting. They regularly can't find your order. Generally just one poor guy trying to do everything. If you go to similar counter type DIY places such as Screwfix or Toolstation they have brilliant system in place. Can't see why Euro Car Parts have got it wrong.

Bought battery for my car recently, won't fit (terminals to small, even though webpage indicates as perfect match). Returned and asked to find me another battery by given size parameters, gentleman at the front desk straight out refused even to discuss matter. Would be ok site, but... costumer service is below floorboards and parts very often won't fit or they don't have them in stock at all.

Customer service was a disaster ordered a battery jump pack a pair of wiper blades and a battery charger all on line and paid for them got told they were all in stock when I got there to collect got told no battery jump pack was in stock , while the assistant was having another look I picked a bottle of polish up , he then proceeded to try to charge me 65 p more than it was priced at on shelf. I don’t think I will be travelling 25 miles to get any thing else of the kings lynn branch

Gave us the wrong amount of coolant , 1lt vs 5lt , and 1 5lt of water , rather then 2, too busy to go back to store , had to pop to a garage to get the correct amount at great cost

Entered my registration on the website for window wipers and it recommended the wipers I should purchase. On purchase these were incorrect therefore had to go elsewhere to get this sorted as the euro parts store was closed. Seems this service online is very unreliable as whilst returning to wipers two other people in store had brought back items to which a member of staff said it’s very unreliable inputting your reg for car parts

Nothing wrong with the parts it’s just the amount of time it takes in the Norwich Hall Road branch it takes to collect it. The Que is always out the door. It need a sofa and coffee machine while you wait.

In terms of collection, i was very satisfied. My order was ready to collect within 15 minutes however, when i arrived home the product was broken. I hadn’t managed to schedule a refund/replacement yet.

The parts themselves are great and the staff try their best I'm sure. However the queues in store are becoming really frustrating. Minimal staff numbers on the front desk serving customers, lots of conversations can be heard in the back store areas, meanwhile the queues get longer and longer.

Now twice this has happened. Ordered off line that says has availability only to get to the branch to find out you don’t. Two wasted trips.

Ordered on line and went next day to pick up parts. Only one guy serving on the counter and two more people in front of me waiting. Guy didn’t seem to care, and it was a good 15 minutes before I got served. Not good at all.

Bought a set of light bulbs online, got a message it's ready to collect, went in store and, after 10 minute queue, the man behind the till told me it's not in stock and that I need to come back in 2 days. I then wanted to cancel the order to get a refund and he said he can't because it was bought online. Really bad experience. I'll use online retailers in the future.

Ordered the parts on line for collection. I wanted to collect them on Saturday morning at 8:00 am as I had an appointment at 9:15. I arrived at 8:00 only to find a notice pinned to the door to tell me they wouldn't open until 9 due to staff shortages. Spent the rest of the day trying to catch up.

ordered & paid for two items online for click & collect on a Saturday morning. Received notification order was ready. Arrived at the store to find the customer car park full & a queue out the door. after a very long wait an assistant was made available to serve those who were just collecting orders. He took my details and disapeared for ten minutes and came back with only one item and he couldn't find the other. I cancelled the missing order bought it from an EBay shop and had it delivered to my house in two days. Lesson learned.

I ordered a part and within a matter of hours needed to cancel it. I contacted Euro Car Parts and they said it had already been sent to the delivery company. I contacted the delivery company and they confirmed that they had not received the part. The part was delivered and I had to refuse delivery. I am now going to have to wat two weeks for a refund! Poor customer service and an unecessary delivery, what a waste of time and money!

I assumed Click and Collect meant the goods were ready for collection. Not at EuroParts High Wycombe. Had to join the same long queue as everyone else and then wait for for the goods to be picked

Getting parts even when you order this on line is a joke as at my local one Thurrock ever time I go in there the que is out of the door about 8 people long and only one guy working on the desk and it's not the guys fault as he is doing the best he can ,but there should be a separate area / person that can deal with you when u have ordered on line as ever time I go the it wastes 30 mins off my time ,lots off other motor factors that i use are much more up to speed than them

The staff at Peterborough branch are great, their supervisor or manager is not. Sometimes the shop is full and only one guy on, the alleged supervisor or manager needs to help out or train more staff up on the tills.
