“Ordered item online which said it was in stock to collect. On arrival it was not in stock and told to come back later. On arrival after the time specified was told it wasn't on the delivery. Told to come back next day. Finally got the item.”

“Only large National retail local Motor Factor left in Uxbridge area now....shame not open Sundays...but their Hayes branch is...(but they a pain to get to sometimes because of the Uxbridge Rd traffic conditions.) Young Lad on counter at Uxbridge is a great ..dispite owning a 'slammed' BMW 3 series....!!!”

“I ordered an adhesive L plate to fix on my car during my driving text. I paid extra fees for next day delivery. It arrived after 5 days. I had to bought another one at the last moment from a local store. I would like to be refunded the delivery extra fees and I will return the product”

“Ordered a handbrake cable using the vehicle registration but it was the wrong one. I don’t see the point of having the identification system online if the parts aren’t correct. I then had to drive to my local store to return it which is a 30 mile round trip.”
