“Ordered part on Friday evening to collect Saturday morning only to arrive in store and be told can’t collect till Monday, returned Monday to be told no order on system it must have been deleted Then had to chase to get my money back Helpful get in call centre who eventually helped”

“only wanted 1 part but had to spend over £25 to get free delivery. Searched for items not needed, which where not that expensive, but got it by over a penny. But then was charged an extra £1 which i still dont understand why. Delivery 3 days, which wasnt bad.”

“Ordered online and opted for click and collect. Once ordered received text saying items ready for collection in 15 minutes. No mention of the 23 minutes I had to wait in store due to only one member of staff working at the counter. The member of staff very pleasant, professional and helpful”

“They turned up in two different boxes at two different times with no explanation, so I had to waste time contacting Customer Service to check if the second item was coming (as I needed and purchased a pair!). The items themselves seem to do the job.”

“Order was missing a sump plug for my service, I called them, guy told me they would send one out the same day, never happened, I rang the next day and was asked to go pick one up from store, where the lad who dealt with it didn't say a word to me just got the sump plug, customer service skills were appalling”
