“After making an order online which was acknowledged to pickup, I proceeded to Reading Cardiff Road depot, no other customers were in shop but I still had to wait nearly 10 minutes before someone appeared to process my order . . . POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE”

“We bought a car cover for our classic vehicle, not only was it half the price of our previous cover bought from a main dealer in classic car spares but a far superior product (both in material quality and fitment to the vehicle body shape) to what we previously purchased. The zip up doors on the cover allowed entry to the vehicle without having to take the cover off, very handy. Due to the size of the item it was click and collect only from Euro Car parts however, it was in the store within 48hrs of order placement on line. Staff at Euro spares as all ways are efficent and helpful hence 5 stars from me.”

“Ordered a battery 11/12/24 paid for experss delivery its now 16/12/24 and still waituing for delivery, tried to query on line an and phone number refers you to web site which is hopeless. Spent hours trying to contact local store no one answers the phone.”

“You supplied the wrong part on an alleged special offer £24.80 then charged £56.69 for the part that actually fit they were even the same supplier. So two journeys and including the exceptionally long wait at the counter (not the fault of the person serving) It cost me half a day. Then only 55mins to replace the pads. You need more than one member of staff on at a time when I left there was 7people behind me. So all told one set of brake pads cost me about £400 Thanks for that!!”
