“The store looks empty, there was one person behind the counter dealing with an an ever increasing que who ontop of dealing with the customer had to go and retrieve the parts! Not the best experience.”

“Parts were fine and good price, just again the Coventry store are ridiculously slow, you are constantly in a queue for 30 mins every time which most circumstances you queue out the door, even when click and collecting. Doesn’t help that there’s about 8 spots max and it’s taken up by euro car part vans, therefore if you don’t secure a spot you get a fine for parking on road or on neighbouring units. Very frustrating to be honest and I wrote the exact same thing in my last review, no change at all. You should make time slots to pick parts up therefore speeds it up massively and parts are picked on the times.”
