In store Hastings lady over the counter told me they don't do retail price match at all.. Please give this team some training as you do online and I was told there is no way. Shame on Hastings branch

I ordered a battery for my motorhome and collected it from the Kings Lynn branch. I was then advised that I needed a more substantial battery so returned to Kings Lynn and exchanged it for a better one. absolutely, no problem with the exchange. Just had to wait a few days for the refund I was due. Great service.

You've always got the part in need but maybe have more than 1 member of staff , I dread my visits, slow but still ok service

very good online information. My order was click and collect from Crawley store, bit of a wait as seemed there was not enough pickers, only one bloke at the counter but he was doing a terrific job.

I pre ordered and paid for my parts ready for collection. When I went to collect the customer area was empty but the staff office behind the window had several members of staff all chatting. I rang the bell but was ignored for six minutes. The staff were not on the phones, just chatting. During this wait another customer came in and picked up £50 worth of stock. We commented on the waiting time, he eventually swore, put the goods back and said he was going elsewhere. This waiting time resulted in his lost sale and by the time I was acknowledged then served, me being late for work. Whilst the server was collecting my parts, he stopped for a discussion with his colleague which I could see through the door into the warehouse. I have worked in the cars parts factoring business so I know how the systems work, this was a blatant lack of concern for waiting customers.

Ordered service parts on line, to pick up in store. Arrived at the store, staff prepared my order. Friendly, no hassle, in and out in under ten minutes. Excellent!

Wrong car battery shown on web site. Assistant assured me it was correct even though I brought existing one in. Then claimed the car had been modified with different battery terminals. Money refunded. New battery purchased from alternate parts supplyer for similar price.

Product I purchased was fine, but no feedback to tell me it wasn't going to be in the shop on the day promised but 6 days later, so I wasted a couple of hours plus petrol on a futile trip to pick it up. Not good at all.

I waited 9 days for my order. Sent a email and was told they would get the derby store to contact me. I heard nothing from them! the order just turned up after 9 days. I will not be using euro car parts again!

I wanted a Corsa water pump,went on Euro Car Parts website so easy to navigate and order, when I arrived at the Lowestoft branch the staff were very efficient and had the part ready, excellent service and very competitive price.

I ordered a headlamp and a front end track rod. Both parts were incorrect for my vehicle. I used my numberplate to search for the parts on the website. I am very disappointed

Part ordered on 1st January. Tried contacting by phone 11th January because it still hadn't been delivered.I was directed to the automated questions which were no help. I decided to call to my local store where they told me it had been delivered and showed me a picture, however it was not my house. After spending a ridiculous amount of time explaining that although their system showed it had been delivered and the GPS said it was at my home it clearly was not.

Utterly unacceptable level of service, 10 days since ordered, no parts, no volunteered communication. Spent over an hour on the phone trying to cancel & get a refund which has not been forthcoming as of yet, the second failed order & the last, I will be spending my money elsewhere going forwards Euro is not the company it once was sadly
