“Euro car parts are really good for pretty much anything you need. I have given3 stars for Basildon branch because they were very very slow to pick the item at the branch it was unreal. People waited and waited for so so long for items to be brought out from the back! Really bad customer service. To make it worse, the receptionist never apologised once and had such a terrible attitude.”

“Happy with my purchase however, I ordered & paid for it and the message said I could collect in 15 minutes. I was unable to collect until the following morning only to be told that the item wasn’t in stock and I had to go back 3 hours later to collect. Communication lacking”

“I have ordered a set of brake discs two weeks ago on Monday, and expecting to be delivered by the weekend. A week and a half later called the Swindon office to see why are the not delivered, and a promise have been made that they will be delivered on the next day. Today is the second weekend and I still don't have them delivered and now I have to drive to the office to deal with this once again and loose more time.”

“Omg if I could give 100 stars I would. I have a 2006 mini cooper . I have had a few things go wrong with it spark plugs being 1 of them and the thermostate being the other ( bought the from euros ) I have had more issues but these needed changing . I needed the parts as short notice . Plus euros give you options to huge varieties of goods . And great click and collect service . Shame my local store don't open till after 5 as I asked my wife to pick up my bits , as I work till 5 lol . But still I'm so happy thank you will recommend to any one .”
