I very seldom use europarts now, I was in the trade & held an account at Woodford where I spent above average, I retired & tried to move my account to Harlow but on 2 occasions my account was blocked with no explanation so I stopped using you

IT WAS EASY TO PLACE MY ORDER WITH YOUR SELVES I DID NOT NEED TO ORDER IN BULK AS I ONLY REQUIRED ONE PEICE THE ORDER WAS READY FOR ME TO PICK UP ON THE DAY STATED COMPLETE WITH JUBILEE CLIPS WHICH I THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE TO BUY AS A EXTRA ITEM STAFF WERE CURTIOUS AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE

Was not too happy with the service. When I order the part online it told me that there were 2 in stocks. On getting to the shop I was told that it was out of stock and will be in the following day. I didn't have email to let me know if it was received. I was passing on the Sunday and noticed that the store was opened. I went in and was told that the received it on the Saturday but I didn't receive any email notification. I was not happy, I couls have waited days for the notification if I didn't pop in that Sunday.

Item had been opened and obviously fitted before, not happy, expected better from your company, not even sure that all parts were in package, also very limited fitting instructions

This is my worse online purchase experience. This service is beyond disappointing. Perhaps disrespectful seeking a review even when I haven’t received the order paid for 6/10/24. Do members of your team communicate with one another? I’ve spent days chasing item, no one picking up, kept being referred to a FAQ bot. What’s the point using a clueless BOT that couldn’t trace the item. Worse still your staff also kept pushing me from pillar with no idea of what happened to the order. One of your staff, Barking Branch, actually hung up after telling me, “if you don’t know the order number, how do you expect me to know”. Sure there are many ways to track a purchase. Attitude was, he couldn’t be bordered and hung up on me. Chased again, someone else picked up and insisted I speak with ahead Officer Customer Service (HOCS). HOCS told me they couldn’t discuss and can only send a email to the delivery team to contact me. Then an email was received today lying that multiple attempts were made to deliver but failed. Yesterday, I spoke with your staff at Bow Branch who eventually found the order and confirmed with an apology that they’ve received the order but it hadn’t been processed. He added that he couldn’t understand how it could have been missed. With the apology accepted, he assured me that delivery will be made unfailingly today 16/10/24. I’ve waited and close to the door all day today, no one turned up. I’m short of one word to describe this very poor level of customer service.
