“Orderd several parts online which said were all in stock and avaiable for click and collect. When arriving to collect and waiting several minutes to be served and then another several minutes for the member of staff to find items in warehouse, some parts were not in stock as advertised. The main part I orderd turned out to be the wrong part for my car (after car reg was entered correctly). I returned the part after being told on the phone the correct part is in stock and I could exchange. The new part was not in stock and again I had to return the next day to collect. Again! - this part was incorrect - and it was then discovered (after speaking with call centre) that the original ordered part number was correct but wrong part was in box - so needed to replace once again for a 3rd time. All while waiting several miuntes for staff to serve and find items on each occassion. Euro parts has gone down hill massively the last few years. I use to respect Euro Parts and found to be an officiant, reliable, friendly, helpful business - it has become quite the opposite in recent years and I will be very reluctant to use them again - its painful experience every time!”

“Poor. Go to collect items. Didn't come in even though said avaliable from 0815 ... had to pay extra for another set .. then told refund 3 to 5 days.. it's been 10. Had to make 3 phone calls to find out where my refund is. Apparently the 'automated' service made an error so now have to wait another 5 days on top of the 10 I've waited so far. Oh on top again 1 person serving so nearly 30 minutes to be served. Euro carparts is always the same.”

“I ordered break pads, I left it too late to collect and they put them back (my fault). But I received an email to state it had been “collected” called the branch to be told that was how it works on their system and I’ll receive a refund in 3-5 working days (not a problem). 7 working days later no refund, I called again to be told “sorry someone hasn’t processed the refund, it’ll take 3-5 days now.” Currently on day 6 of the second “3-5 days” still no refund”

“I'm giving 3 out of 5 based on the fact that their filter for parts that will fit your car does not work well. I ordered a bulb that the website told me would fit and it didn't. The clerk was very helpful in finding one that did fit and organising the refund and everything though otherwise it would've been 1 out of 5”
