“Great selection of parts on website which was very easy to use finding parts from car registration. Staff were very helpful in store when I used click and collect. Only reason I didn't give five stars was the length of time I had to wait in store due to customers not knowing what they needed and having to get help from staff. Stores could do with a dedicated click and collect lane.”

“Ordered parts online to collect from the Burton on Trent branch. I arrived on Saturday afternoon about 2:30pm with just a couple of other customers in front. By the time I left they were queuing out the door. There seemed to be only one member of staff serving although there was more in the office. The guy serving was helpful allowing me to return one item that I had ordered incorrectly and no longer needed”

“Ordered 2 front lower wishbones, LH was at one branch the RH at another, ordered so that both could be collected from one branch the following day, but unfortunately on turning up it hadn't been requested, so had to drive to the other branch. Parts were a good price and fitted no problems.”
