“I purchased a set of brake discs and brake pads for my DS4, I didn’t realise there were 2 sizes, and hadn’t realised I’d ordered the wrong size until I took them to my mechanic who said I’d bought the wrong size. These had been taken out the box and packaging already. I then phoned up EuroCar parts and asked if I could return them, which they said I could. So at the next available opportunity I drove through to return them. I took them in with my invoice and they issued a refund straight away. I was also able to get the correct size as they were in stock. Brilliant experience and hassle free returns/exchange. Highly recommend”

“Wrong part and poor customer service as always i only use you as its sometimes quicker than eBay but in all fairness if they have the right part its not too bad just takes 4 attempts to get the correct part”
