“Product good. Serving at the counter poor. Click and collected on a Saturday morning to find one employee serving and collecting parts from shelves while a minimum of five employees chatting in the loading bay, with four customers waiting in-line.”

“Waiting time to get served was at least 35mins, no apology from staff, got the impression they weren't well trained and then an item was missing from my order even though it was click collect! Will save myself time and shop online next time.”
