“Be very careful with your prices. As a private individual some parts are cheaper on Amazon. Your click and collect is very poor. You do not put the parts to one side ready for collection. Seldom is anyone on the counter despite what appears to be many staff that can be seen through the windows at various deks. Visit Toolstation if you want to see how to do it properly. Click and collect there takes seconds as the items ordred are awaiting collection with a dedicated click and collect counter. Alos the "shop" you stand in awaiting collection is a miserable collection of not very useful items.”

“I bought a car battery from your Orpinton branch and was served by George. I was extremely pleased with the way he served me and the people in the queue whilst I was waiting. He kindly offered to carry the battery to my car which I accepted. He was cheerfull and very efficient the way he dealt with my order..Thanks to his service I will certainly use you shop in future. I collected the battery using click and collect”

“Customer service is lacking in the Perth branch. The guy spoke two words to us as we collected the item. Pretty poor and certainly put me off going back though I might another branch to see if it's an issue across the whole of Euro Car Parts.”
