“Normally I leave 5 stars but delivery let them down, after five days waiting for a battery I found out myself that it had been damaged in transit and I had to contact the branch I was dealing with, I was then passed on to another phone number which really I shouldn’t I’ve had to chase up however Sean the operator was very good and sorted it out very quickly and a new battery arrived 3 days later at a very good price I might add, will still keep using Euro car parts as they’re great and this is the only first time that I’ve been let down with delivery hence only four stars”

“Have used in the past with no issues. Ordered no issue & good price. Went to collect early am as on our way out for the day & were not even shown the wiper. Told arrived damaged & another would be available after 2 pm. Said they would telephone as soon as it arrived ( as we would be driving back from West Sussex , they are in Colliers Wood ) No offer to deliver. Heard nothing at All. Phoned I them at Approx 3:45 & it was there. We then had a mad dash to get back and managed just 5 minutes before closing. We have to pay ULEZ so yes we could have collected next day but that’s another £12.50. It wasn’t our mistake, no communication by them, no offer of delivery. Very poor service.”

“Visited the Aldershot branch for a second time. The chap was very friendly but apologised for the long queue and waiting time. Two people are needed on the sales counter in my opinion.”

“Absolutely rubbish. Ordered online pollen filters to my private car and work van. When I have tried to install then, turned out they are completely different sizes. Went to return it and been told I won't because their stocks showes correct level and they refused to take it back. Asked them how it is possible that I collected wrong parts, and received cheeper parts, there was no comment. Stevenson Rd in Sheffield S9. Avoid!!!”

“I've stopped buying oil filters here. They're very often, "more than one filter will fit your car", without enough information to select the correct filter. It's easier to start looking and buy elsewhere, which is where my other bits get bought. Oil still a good price for the generic synthetic oil.”
