“Euro Car parts are normally very good, recently I went to purchase windscreen wipers for a car. Confused by the many suggestions of what was suitable for my model of car online, I asked at the tull, they assured me that it was the correct rear wiper. I got home and they given me a completely wrong wiper. On phoning to inquire I was told the wiper I need was still waiting to be collect. Now I have to go back.”

“The registration checker on their website wasn't accurate. The battery recommended to me had the terminals reversed. They refunded without any problem but it did cause me grief considering I couldn't drive the car until they were open again Monday morning. Happy to use them again but it's a pity you can't trust the registration checker for accurate compatible parts.”

“Had the parts that I needed, discs were the wrong ones, but a quick phone call got the right ones in, only issue was that the correct discs were twice the price of the ones that they said were right 🤬”
