“Hadn't used for some time as car needed nothing,but my sons suzuki swift battery started to go,just googled the model of battery needed and eurocarparts had it in stock ready to collect,3 year warranty and for the price and service it was spot on staff as always friendly and helpful A plus.”

“Wrong battery & alternater provided twice which took nearly a week of issues trying to discover the issues of why the car wouldn't work even though I was assured several times they were both times the correct items. Seem to not have a clue!”

“No customer service in the Milton Keynes branch. The shop staff treat customers like they would rather not have any. No priority for click and collect. Just join the same queue and always a long queue with one person serving and 10 people in the back office. I always dread going to the shop and will only go if there is something I need urgently.”

“Ordered a Holts Valve Grinding Kit online. When I collected it I noticed it contained two containers of coarse grinding paste instead of one coarse and one fine. Fortunately, I noticed as I was leaving the site and was able to swap it. I wouldm't have been pleased if I had walked all the way home before I noticed the error”
