“Had a bit of a wait as there was only one person serving and a long queue, however when I went to pay for the vpf cleaner I was told that there was a more expensive one which was on offer so it worked out cheaper. Happy days :)”

“Ordered the parts on line for collection. I wanted to collect them on Saturday morning at 8:00 am as I had an appointment at 9:15. I arrived at 8:00 only to find a notice pinned to the door to tell me they wouldn't open until 9 due to staff shortages. Spent the rest of the day trying to catch up.”

“ordered & paid for two items online for click & collect on a Saturday morning. Received notification order was ready. Arrived at the store to find the customer car park full & a queue out the door. after a very long wait an assistant was made available to serve those who were just collecting orders. He took my details and disapeared for ten minutes and came back with only one item and he couldn't find the other. I cancelled the missing order bought it from an EBay shop and had it delivered to my house in two days. Lesson learned.”

“I ordered a car battery in the early hours of Saturday morning as my car battery died. I went onto the Euro car parts website to order and paid for it at the same time. It was laid out ready for me to collect when I went to the shop to pick it up. Great service by the young lass at the counter. I even did a review on Google Maps.”

“Scared to go to euros as you will get a fine if there is no parking - and there is no parking. Que is long - place is dirty and looks like a post apocalypse shop. Staff are OK but some have an attitude as if you are asking tej.for a kidney. If you don't want to be there then don't. Also can you remove the damn codes for discounts- we know the price you know the price - just marke the correct price like the competitors. I should not have to Google and look for codes to get the correct price and not pay the over inflated price. We have Internet on our phones and we can see what the prices with you and competitors very quickly.”

“I ordered a part and within a matter of hours needed to cancel it. I contacted Euro Car Parts and they said it had already been sent to the delivery company. I contacted the delivery company and they confirmed that they had not received the part. The part was delivered and I had to refuse delivery. I am now going to have to wat two weeks for a refund! Poor customer service and an unecessary delivery, what a waste of time and money!”

“Ordered for collection went to collect shop was packed stood in the queue 10 mins counted the customers and realised I would be there for at least one and half hours so left tried phoning to change to delivery you can't do that the guy said he would cancel item and I could reorder for delivery did he cancel did he hell so managed to go to the shop again on last collection day only one serving 5 waiting only took 20 minutes though so if I use them again I will order for delivery”

“Needed a crank-shaft pulley for my car, checked on line & had it delivered to my local depot by 3 pm the Same day, perfect fit , correct part , my car back on the road ! I am very pleased with quality, service and a very competitive price, I wholeheartedly recommend this company.”
