“You supplied me with the wrong front and rear brake pad. So I had to make arrangements to change them as I was doing the job from home and on my vehicle. It was very inconvenient as i was i had the car stripped down. But at least I could exchange them on the same day for the correct pads.”

“One of the parts I got from here was the wrong part, it wasn’t the staff’s fault, it was down to who ever labels the part as what for the web site (I.e. left or right/ front or rear). But overall good service and thank you.”

“Ordered and paid online ready for collection. When got there, proceeded to wait 15/20 minutes whilst everyone else ordering in store asked every question under the sun. If you order online for collection, you should have a separate process to speed up. Totally pointless me ordering online.”

“Very helpful staff member at the counter who knows a lot about cars .The hoddesdon branch is so much better with this guy at the counter ,I gave it a terrible review a few years ago but a change in staff member has dramatically changed my experiences when I go there which is quite often.”
