Bought brembo pads for my car anti rattle lips and sensors were not in the boxes just pads. Box shows that anti battle clips and sensors should be in the boxes.

Ordered some screen wash on 03 April and had an email saying it was dispatched on 04 April. Tracking details said it has not been received by the courier. I followed up with customer service on 12 April and still have heard no updates. No idea where my item is. If it had arrived it would probably be a good review but it is seemingly lost in the ether.

Its a good shop but will give only 2 stars becasue of very poor access for people with disabilities. If you are wheelchair user it would be imposible to access the store even its on the ground floor but has high kerb and a steep step. Could be quite easly solved by making a small kind of ramp?

They supplied the wrong part and when they identified the right part and said they would reserve it for me for 24 hours it was not there the next day. A big waste of my time.

I ordered these roof bars as I had tried mine on my father in laws car and fitted spot on, the pictures gor this product were exactly the same as mine, in reality we received a product with completely different mountings and had to spend 2hrs making spacers, cheers Euro no wonder I don't get car parts from you

Having ordered two car parts midday Monday, I was advised at the time of ordering that both parts would be available to collect from 4pm the same day. Next day, Tuesday, I arrived to collect both my parts, only to be told that only one part had arrived. I was both frustrated and disappointed, as now, I would have to return the following Tuesday to collect the missing part.

Ordered parts on line with 3 to 4 working days delivery and took 6 working days to arrive,staff very helpful trying to find out what went wrong

Ordered for collection, easy to order and pay. Went to collect, just 2 people in front of me. Waited 15 minutes to be served. Only one staff on tills, everyone else loading a van at the side door. 10 people queuing to the door behind me. Awful service. Won't be going back.

My last experience at euro car parts was extremely disappointing, after placing an order online l arrived at my chosen store to collect the order once l received an email confirming that everything was ready to collect. Luckily before l left the store l noticed that 1 of the items that l had been given was incorrect, after pointing this out to the staff at the store l was told that the wrong item had been issued due to the numbers being so close together!! On arriving home l began to use the products that l’d ordered only to find that another 1 of the items was incorrect and not what l had ordered resulting in me having to make another journey to exchange the product. Safe to say l won’t be rushing to order from euro car parts again.

Prices good on some things but always a queue in the Warwick branch every time and always just one person on. Had to wait 10 minutes for a guy to fill in a returns form before I was served. Luckily I was next otherwise I would have walked out. I’m either going to start bulk buying the few bits I buy to go in less or going elsewhere because I’m fed up with it.

Ordered over 360 pounds worth of pats online, paid before collection. When I arrived at the store I was informed the parts were not there despite having confirmation that they was there and in stock. Would of rated 1 star but the assistant was polite and helpful. Collected the items the next day to which they appear to be of good quality.

Quite often the EuroCarPart website does not choose the correct item for your car (even with correct reg number). This leads to a very frustrating experience whist in the middle of a repair and having to return items.
