System has been designed to be very easy to install and set up. Given a short review of the set up procedure when picking up the hardware from Bigdishsat helped to convince me I would have no problems.

Very Helpful and knowledgeable staff, quick responses to queries. There are a lot of broadband companies who could learn lessons from Europasat in terms of customer service and support. No "you are in a queue and we dont have enough people to answer the phone like plusnet, bt etc"

My first contact with technical help was not very helpful, think he wanted to get home, second contact on a Saturday afternoon was fantastic and enable me to get on line.

Interaction with personnel at Europasat efficient and friendly , successful Installation of satellite dish and equipment was made in difficult physical circumstances .

Overall would have been very good, but they sent us the wrong code which meant we wasted about an hour trying to get it to work. However, when we called, they sorted it out very quickly and efficiently. I would certainly recommend using them & Steve Pritchard who acted as intermediary.

Recently joined Europasat to provide a usable internet connection for a rural home. Very quick service, good support throughout (I changed my order during provision with no issues), and quick and responsive technical support. Not for everyone as a fixed bandwidth, but happy with what I have received. Speeds have been close to what was advertised and consistent.

My installation was installed on time by a very competent Electrical Engineer. I purchased a wireless cable router as he advised and had all my devices connected in minutes. The BB speed is very satisfactory for our area and is stable and constant Cheers Kevin Quinn

Very poor reception so far.camera is slow starting now I'm working it off my wifi and 4g. Most of the time I have to load the app 2/3 times to get it to work and then I can be waiting for while for it to work Overall I'm not happy with it st the moment

Had done a lot of research into different providers and some of the feedback about Europasat was not good. However, on making contact with the sales team, I found them helpful and the ordering process was simple. I was a bit disappointed that the costs weren't as transparent as they could have been. This was mainly to do with what seemed to be an 'add on' for renting the equipment when I thought that the price I had been quoted on the previous day was for purchasing the kit. The other slight niggle was that I had to chase Euroasat to see when installation was going to happen. This was due to a lost email I think. Having said that, the installation company were very efficient and the job itself was done very well. As far as the service goes, so far so good. Download speeds do vary but that applies to ADSL services too and depends on overall usage of the satellite. I am pleased so far though and the frequent 15-19mbs download speeds are a dream compared to the 0.13mbs BT were able to provide via the phone line. In summary, although this means of getting Broadband is expensive, it does what it says on the tin. Monitoring usage via the Europasat web client page is easy and so far, I have no complaints.

I was only told of the monthly 11euro fee, there was no mention of the connection charge . This only became apparent when my credit card was charged. Otherwise, the system is working well. Thank you.

My overall experience with Europasat is a little mixed, it was a hard choice which rating to leave. Some parts of the experience have been exceptional and some very poor so I've settled on a "Good" overall rating. Things that went well; Delivery of the equipment was next day, very good. The quality of the equipment I purchased was exceptional and very good value for money. Building and installing the dish was a breeze. Things that were not so good; In brief - ensure Europasat provide all required details and ensure they're correct. I did not initially receive required customer details required to install the modem, the instructions kept stating the details were on the invoice, they were not! When I finally realised I was missing information Europasat support was closed for the day meaning the installation stretched into a 2nd day. Europasat were very helpful once I managed to speak to them and provided the required information immediately. I could then finish the installation, unfortunately the information provided was incorrect meaning my dish would not lock onto the satellite, this being my first installation I assumed I'd done something wrong and wasted a further 2hrs rechecking my work before calling them a 2nd time, I was provided with correct information this time and the installation went smoothly. Sadly I still could not get online and a 3rd call was required to determine that Europasat had incorrectly configured the modem prior to dispatch. This was resolved quickly but by now into a third day of installation I finally got online. The system has performed well but I still seem to have some sort of an issue receiving Windows updates, I've tried two different windows7 computers and neither seem to receive updates via the satellite. Switching back to my previous 3g internet connection resolved this immediately, Europasat still have to resolve this.

To be honest, was sold on the 'up to 20mb' download speed but haven't for close to it once. Better than previous provider at peak times but overall, disappointed

The satellite system works as a 20MB download but be very aware the latency is high. The package sold was a 50GB total monthly data allowance. It was not clear during purchase conversations that this isn't total DOWNLOAD allowance, as its split into a 42.7GB Download and 8.5GB Upload...at the end of the month (and usually all the download is used up as 50GB is nowhere near enough for a family) there is often several GB of Upload left that is "lost". Despite pleading with Europosat to have all 50GB available as a flexible Download OR Upload total usable allowance, it was flatly refused. Disappointed.

Very good sales experience with the right information to purchase the correct system. Self installed system with excellent technical support when needed. System operates as we needed. Would certainly recommend to others.

Clear and helpful phone sales, quick installation, system works. Ran out of data allaowance and with one phone call upgraded. Also given system management website that allows me to track data usage. Everything about this service is therefore good.
