We were told by orange france that there was no way we would be able to the internet other than by the telephone line. having the big dish and our broadband with europasat has mad life a better for us. the service we receive was and is excellent. Thanks

I have been using Europasat for several years now and service has been excellent. In that time, there has only been one occasion when the service was unavailable for a couple of hours late at night. Tech support are very helpful and knowledgeable and help resolve problems even when they have determined that the problems are with my local network.

As I live in the far north of scotland I could not get telephone broadband. However, my satellite broadband is excellent, and much faster than my friends' in the city.

I have been a customer of Europsat, via Tooway, for several years now. The transformation in internet usage was dramatic - speed was no longer the constraint but rather monthly connection data limits (10 GB for my package). I read recently that the average monthly broadband download was 54MB. I have lost satellite connection on just three occasions, plus once when heavy snowfall built up on the aerial. The help desk has been good on the few occasions when I have contacted them. The only pity is that the satellite capacity is becoming saturated and thus there is little likelyhood of improved download limits becoming available for the same price.

I live in a 'notspot' in Suffolk and so the only realistic way I am able to access the internet is via satellite. I have been using Europasat for 4 years and am very pleased with the service they give, as it is very reliable and gives much better speeds than most areas in rural Suffolk can access. Even when so-called superfast broadband via the landline is rolled out here, the speeds I currently get are better than those being predicted. Their technical team has always been able to answer questions and resolve any issues very quickly.

Having got fed up with paying for broadband speed internet access and only getting dial up speed due to VERY old cables to where we are in south west France we decided that satellite was the way to go. Excellent service from BigDishSat over the telephone and quick delivery of the equipment. Over the 21 months we have been using the service we have only had two (short, less than a couple of hours or so) periods of no access even in very adverse weather conditions. English speaking help line and when a part of the system went wrong speedy service for replacement. No buffering of signal for films etc and we now have access to UK based catch-up tv type web sites. I would not hesitate to recommend Europasat.

We are in an area in france that will probably never receive broadband, But we are extremely satisfied with our satelite Also in France we have a lot of times whenwe have no phone due to lines down in storms, but we always have the satelite, We also love the fact that we can receive bbc I player, and ITV I played, which is not possible with the French broadband or satelite

I signed up with 2 Way because in the North East of Scotland there is poor/weak computer link to the internet. I pay £488 per annum which is not so cheap but with 5 sons and partners visiting over Xmas, I will have plenty of capacity for multiple Ipads,tablets,etc I am indebted to Europsat for my satellite facility which gives no trouble and a reasonable speed. Not as fast as London but perfectly adequate. Thank you. i notice Rwanda has been fitted out country wide with fibre optic cable......

Every contact we have made with TOOBAY and through them EUROPASAT has been trouble free, helpful, courteous and personal. You can talk to real, pleasant people and get the answers you need. These things are rare today. The installation was swift and efficient, and after the first month I am a very happy customer.

I have had no problems with my Europasat satellite, very different from the old SAPO ADSL system I had here in Portugal. That thing was always trouble! And now if I have to make a phone call to Europasat,, I get a polite response in English! How refreshing! Catharine S.

The main attraction with europasat is that they answer the telephone quickly and it is possible to speak to a person rather than a machine. Problems are solved without delay.

Hi Michael. Thank you for taking time to respond to our survey. Satellite will be more expensive that standard ADSL broadband due to the amount of funding that has been ploughed into the new Technology. However, we are hoping that this will reduce as the option becomes more 'mainstream'. The speeds you are receiving could be due to the amount of people on the network at any given time as this is a shared network and for this reason, we cannot guarantee any kind of headline speeds. This is also why your speeds may be lower during the late afternoon till late at night simply due to the amount of people using the bandwidth. Please also be aware that the services is an up-to service which means the 20MB/s is not a guaranteed speed. This is stated in our terms and conditions which can be found at: https://www.europasat.com/support/about-us/terms-conditions/. Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 8am until 6pm and 10am until 4pm on a Sunday. If you have particular concerns, can we ask that you call our Technical Team when you are experiencing the particularly slow speeds and they can investigate for you. Kind Regards The Europasat Team

Great price for supply and fit. It was explained clearly and very efficient. I paid for it on the phone and the kit was delivered two days later and fitted on the third day. Installation team were great, took care with our property. And we have faster broadband than BT (we live in the countryside) and hopefully it will prove to be reliable, and perhaps the speed will increase in the future which would be fab.
