I have wrote and rang a few times now to Eurpasat. I ordered my europasat equipment before christmas and it got delivered between christmas and new years. I cancelled the europasat on 31st December by phone and then emailed to confirm. I have since called and emailed. Nobody has yet collected their equipment and more importantly no refunded of our money.

j'ai recus tout comme il se devait sauf le modem qui n'est pas celui specifier sur le contrat,installation faite mais compte non activable ??? adresse mac ok mais pas de serie n° attribuer sur la page europasat du compte ,attente activation....10j deja encore 2j d'attente et je resille

High speed transfer limit - unnecessary. Promotion "Internet without limit" should be real without limit.

i am glad satellite exists to have internet, so thank you! But I sent 3 mails to Europasat and got no answer! I received 2 invoices without the exact description of the service that was charged for! Services description and prices on website are not clear to me.

Until now, I haven´t tested the internet service. My feed-back is related to the purchase of the equipment. There´s plenty of assistance on the first contacts with Europasat but, once you make the first payment, things start to go wrong. The person, from Europasat, who made the deal with me assured me, as requested, the equipment would be sent to the technician who is supposed to install it - I live in a remote area and the probabilities of postmail getting lost are quite high - and not to me. Although this was the agreement, it was ignored. The equipment was sent to my home, with an enormous risk, and not to the installer. The methods of monthly payment were not openly disclosed until I´ve made my first payment, making it difficult to go back in my decision, in case those methods weren´t acceptable for me. Until now, the impression I have is not the best and had I known better, I wouldn´t have chosen this company. I hope things work better, and more honestly, from now on.

Ordered 10 gb as we felt this would be enough however our broadband stopped altogether after about 12 days. When we contacted them we were told we went over our usage for the month. We upgraded to 25gb for €59 a month but once again we were told we have exceeded our 25gb just 12 days into our month. Unfortunately at the moment we cannot get any broadband elsewhere but we heard another provider will be able to supply (Feb 2017)unlimited fibre for €49 a month so roll on Feb.

The internet connection is unstable and very slow I am getting at best 4. Meg which is not the 20 I was told I would get The installer was a great guy as was the man I ordered it from sadly the product is not what I was told it would be so very disappointed

Dish etc arrived by courier very quickly and the Installer telephoned to make an appointment the following Monday Work carried out very efficiently I am not altogether impressed with the new Broadband ---it is certainly not as quick as I had hoped,but at least I can get onto the Internet more reliably.

dish system is installed still waiting for it to be connected engineer had no sattelitte locating meter , was dark , frosty by the time he tried, never received a new date to complete from engineer, if no reply soon i will be cancelling regards alan porter update the system is working very well now , well done to you all , excellent

I have send the contract at november the 4. I received invoiced for material and a month of usage but .... no material, i can't use at this time, just pay.

The installation was straightforward and, when we wanted to upgrade our 1GByte allowance,it only took 1 hour to be on-line again.

We still haven't been contacted by your engineer to carry out the installation so am unable to give a true indication to the quality of service. I have telephoned twice now to ask when this is likely to take place still no contact, we feel quite disappointed and are hopeful things will improve.
