I was put onto Europasat by a friend. I found the website very helpful and clear. Having fond what I wanted, I then phoned. The person I spoke to was very efficient and friendly and I was able to place my order there and then. The satellite dish arrived as promised within three business days and the whole thing was up and running quickly afterwards. Whenever I have had questions subsequently, I have been able to speak to someone without any difficulty and my questions have been dealt with quickly and successfully. I am extremely satisfied and so is a friend to whom I have recommended Europasat for his own internet connection.

It's slower than bt. The ping latency is to long can't use my soft phone Snr forget webexs I don't rate it very disappointing

The system is excellent but I have to say that by today's standard, it's very expensive to use, and so if I could find an alternative provider that equals the service, I would change.

Satellite will be more expensive that standard ADSL broadband due to the amount of funding that has been ploughed into the new Technology. Dear Sirs, I have been a very satisfied customer for 3 years with your company and can only speak too highly of it , I have recently changed to Windows 8 and appear to have less problems with it than my friends do so I have recommended you to many of them. Before I got TOO WAY Broadband instaled I was on dialup it was unbearable. No one could get me cabled broadband and all the supliers were doing away with dialup. Islesat was working at my place of work I spoke to Paul to get more information about instalation ,cost ect . I soo glad I did it is super fast beter than I ever expected thank you.

I purchased an SES Satellite system for my holiday home in central France as a cheaper option to having the internet from France Telecom. Over a 2 year period I will save about £100-£150 and after that about £200 per year. There is little competiton in France to get a good deal from other companies so France Telecom have the monopoly. I installed the system myself following the instructions and it all went very well. I have gone for the basic 4Mb down speed, .5Mb up and 3Gb per month which works well for me. I have a couple of times purchased an extra 3Gb at £5.00 which is easy and instant. It works very well and does what I want and am pleased with it.

you say I have just made a purchase I have no knowledge of this I have a monthly rental with you that is all I would however like to know what you charge for unlimited broadband yours m brooks

The only problem that I have writing about Europasat is that I run out of superlatives. They are an excellent broadband service provider. On the very few occasions when I have had an interruption of service ( never more than an hour or so ) the technical department ahve been very helpful and reassuring. I recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable satellite broadband provider.

Have been with Europasat (Tooway) since over three years now, and I can only praise their customer service. When you are isolated (remote) like we are it is a delight to have to deal with them, as always we got efficient and best quality support. True that the system works great so little support is needed, but does not influence the quality. Thanks.
