“Dish etc arrived by courier very quickly and the Installer telephoned to make an appointment the following Monday Work carried out very efficiently I am not altogether impressed with the new Broadband ---it is certainly not as quick as I had hoped,but at least I can get onto the Internet more reliably.”

“dish system is installed still waiting for it to be connected engineer had no sattelitte locating meter , was dark , frosty by the time he tried, never received a new date to complete from engineer, if no reply soon i will be cancelling regards alan porter update the system is working very well now , well done to you all , excellent”

“Great service and a great team of people from the sales team through to the installation team. We are a garden Centre in a semi-rural location and have been struggling with several broadband lines under 1meg, following on a from recommendation from a fellow Garden Centre we rang Europasat about tooway satellite, Camillo was extremely helpful from the start and provided me his direct contact details for any follow up queries which I did use on several occasions. Once ordered we decided to go for the installation option as well and the installation company were also very helpful as we were a little concerned over the locations of our dish, the engineer who came out to install our dish was very effecient and within an hour of his arrival we had around 11 meg speeds which was fantastic to say the least. I cannot say how pleased we have been with the service that was provided by both Europasat and the installation company they use, Europasat come highly recommended by myself and our Garden Centre.”

“Helpful professional response to initial technical questions. Everything arrived and installed on schedule just a few days ago. System running - stable performance compared to the phone line service we used previously, just quite a low upload speed compared to download which is fairly high - perhaps this will improve as the system settles down or maybe there are some tweeks that can be done. We will see.”
