This review is really only about Harry! Previously no-one has returned my calls or emails, and never managed to get through on the phone. Until one day Harry answered the phone and he has been amazing. Helpful, responsive, supportive and does what he says he will. He has been the only reason i have continued with my account.

Two things have improved my mood after experiencing internet connection problems for many days and failing to reach Big Blu by telephone without considerable difficulty. The first was a telephone contact with a man called "Celin" who calmed me down and ensured that I was connected to a senior Technical Advisor called Harry -Al-Darraji. Over a period of 20 minutes or so this man resolved the issues that were causing me grief and organised my tariff arrangements for the coming year to my satisfaction. A good effort by both of these gentlemen. My internet connection now works and my stress level has been reduced to normal. Thank you both.

The change from Europasat to Bigblu has been handled so badly that had I had an alternative means of gaining an internet connection I would have changed providers. The portal for EUROPASAT should NEVER have been closed down until the new BIGBLU portal for europe was up and running. This should have been a seamless transfer. Instead we have all been left in limbo. Had it not been for the patience of Cátia Guerreiro in Portugal and Harry Al‑Darraji from the UK I would have happily cancelled my account. Both of these members of staff have been badly let down by the powers that be. BIGBLU have been quiet happy to take the money for the service but part of that service is portal access. Seems like those outside the UK didnt warrant being considered,` Internet speed over the last month has been horrendous. Yes I know you have taken over Europasat, but with EUROPASAT there were no problems. Problems have been created by BIGBLU trying to run before they can crawl. Stars for BIGBLU at the present time ONE! Stars for Cátia Guerreiro in Portugal and Harry Al‑Darraji FIVE. Thank you both for your patience and understanding I trust the company appreciate your imput!

Contrary to other reviews I received excellent service today from bigblu, and have no complaints other than a minor frustration that it took over 5 minutes for my call to be answered. However I agree with other reviewers that the new portal needs some work to make it as usable as the Europasat one, which wasn't great anyway. BTW I don't work for bigblu.

I would like to give Harry Al-Darraji (Technical Support Advisor) FIVE stars, because is allways available to give support and in a very polite manner. In general Bigblu works well, despite of the long time waiting on the phone when it´s necessary to call to the customer service phone number.

Ben and Harry are super! Very helpful. I am in Ireland in a rural area and I have no other option. My only dislike is having usage capped. In the U.K. it was unlimited for much less cost. But it works! I am a happy customer!

Excellent service from Harry who rang me back several times and didn’t show any impatience in dealing with my faltering grasp of things techie. One star off perfect though for the initial difficulty in getting through to the help line

Harry checked my account and gave me information about data usage, and available choices and pricing. As there was no notification and no access yet to the new bigblu customer portal, it wasn't obvious what the trouble with slow speed was. Harry was very helpful, explained the problem and helped to sort it out. Thank you, Harry!

Having had problems with my data usage, I received a call from Harry who was very helpful and explained a number of issues that could be affecting my data usage. He also made a few recommendation which hopefully may assist. I still believe there is a technical problem but feel comfortable that with Harry around we will be able to solve it when I return. I hope so anyway.

During one month without internet service, Harry in the UK was very helpful, very patient, and very accessible. I could reach him by phone and he rang me regularly until the problem was finally solved. I was told that the Ireland office would call me. I still cannot reach them by phone and they still haven't called me. My emails to them remain unanswered. I'll be calling Harry from now on. Thanks to him and the engineer who called out to the house, my internet is up and running again. Europasat is the only internet provider where I live, but the service is good, so I'm a satisfied customer.

Europasat have extremely good customer service agents... when you eventually get through. Obviously not quite enough of them.. yet! You need a few more!! I have had satellite issues, connection issues and equipment issues sadly, but they have been solved mostly by Harry, Camilo and Alex who have been extremely helpful. I have appreciated the call-backs from the agents and Harry has been particularly on the ball recently. Thank you. However, I do hope the apparently "New" website portal is more customer friendly and less cluttered and simple with , I hope, a working "Usage" meter that can show you your daily data usage which everyone needs to see, and clear account details like date of renewal of data and simple access to bills, past and present, not a cluttered mess as it currently is. My Avanti system is by far better than previous satellite connections (SES) and hope this continues as well as keeping competitive pricing. keep it up guys! Thank you.
