The speeds you are receiving could be due to the amount of people on the network at any given time as this is a shared network and for this reason, we cannot guarantee any kind of headline speeds. This is also why your speeds may be lower during the late afternoon till late at night simply due to the amount of people using the bandwidth. Please also be aware that the services is an up-to service which means the 20MB/s is not a guaranteed speed. After our initial contact with the company, which was very positive, things rapidly went downhill. We purchased a system and the fitter damaged our wall, although this was repaired by Europsat, however they then decided they could not accommodate our requirements and terminated the contract with us. We found them a difficult company to work with, some of their customer service employees were not very helpful, we ended up with no system and out of pocket by £75. Not impressed, look for other options.

Poor rating and very disappointing We continually have to increase our data allowance to way beyond what we were told would suffice. With FUP resets we are at circa 40g a month with absolutely minimal use. We were assured at the outset that 10g would be more than enough for Emails and limited internet use. We don't stream movies or even use I player other than occasionally and we are continually being notified about reducing data allowance. Today after only 9days we are told 78%of our allowance is gone. Impossible to gain access to data usage portal and signal is unpredictable. Signal can get up to 15meg but I regret giving up on BT even though connectivity. Was only1.6meg. The unlimited package they offer is not genuine as their own technician ad vies against it. .

We have a house in France which we visit 3-4 times a year. Europasat service is ideal for us as we can "switch" off or on as we please. Thanks for a good service.

The service to set the system up in the first place was first-rate, on time efficiently done, and clearly explained. It proved difficult to know how much broadband we would use but at least it can be amended as we go. It is still not quite as fast as I expected but is still from 50 to 100 times quicker than our landline version. Recommended all-in-all.

Expensive! I love the service and its very reliable, but 10gb is very easy to use up and it is very difficult to justify buying an even more expensive package! If I was you I'd worry that when super fast broadband is rolled out across Scotland/uk you will have a mass exodus with people moving back to BT.

Satellite will be more expensive that standard ADSL broadband due to the amount of funding that has been ploughed into the new Technology. operative very informative and good service, goods arrived quickly. Tech staff very patient with me and helped get system running . Slight concern about usage in first three days as you informed me having used 40% of my allocation. Then three days after new months allocation informed me of 60% use ! Have bought another 10gb for this month just to see how it settles ,but all the years I was with BT never exceed my 10gb months allocation. Keith Fowler.

I have had my system up and running for a year now and have been delighted. I live in an area of storms and high winds etc and it has never affected my signal. I was promised speeds of about 20mg and it has usually exceeded this. Any problems I have had ( usually something I haven't done properly) have been dealt with quickly and courteously over the phone. All in all...well pleased.

Because we only use Europesat for 6 months (in our second home), we would like to have the possibility to pay for a year and use the yearly stock whenever we need it. The situation is now that we sometimes have to buy extra volume when we have people over and the other 6 months we pay but use nothing.

On learning that I was about to be cut off because of payment default due to the fact that I hadn't informed you about a change of debit card: I was alerted by your local agent Daran Brown who arranged for me to phone you to provide the necessary details; on phoning the matter was dealt with spedily and in a most helpful manner; the problem was painlessly resolved within 15 minutes of having been first alerted. Hello, I'm afraid I have to rate the service provided as 'poor'. The internet service breaks several times a day and despite numerous phone calls to Europasat and checking the equipment out with an advisor there is never any improvement. I have upgraded in the hopes of solving this problem but although the speed of the internet access has improved, the underlying problem of the constant loss of internet access for several minutes at a time is becoming more and more annoying.

Good morning, Not sure I purchased anything from Europa recently. I have been a customer for a few years now. However – I have two comments 1) VOIP Service – the lack of, is a big disappointment and has been a couple of months away for all of the time I have been with you. 2) The tariff structure is not great – the jump between 30GB and the next step is unreal – also the fact that unused usage cannot roll over to the next month is a pain and seems unfair. One click purchase of volume booster is very good, very quick etc However the one drawback is that once the monthly limit is exceeded and the booster kicks in the client is unable to see the usage of the booster as the usage bar chart no longer updates......

I have been using Europasat for a few years now and have found the service, on the whole, very good. When I have had a problem with the service I have been on the phone to the offices and they have come back to me and solved the problem within 24 hours. One thing I am a little disapointed with is sometimes the internet is very slow, and because we are restricted to a specific amount of download per month I find it very expensive compaired to other internet providers in the area.

I find the company very efficient but I am struggling to keep to my 10.000 allowance and am not able to afford to increase it. Is it possible to increase it and keep the same fee as I am paying now?
