Very pleased with Europasat. Had a couple of minor glitches during installation but tech support were very good and answered quickly. Just made a phone call with VOIP and it works well. Speeds are good here in France. Would recommend. Ray

Europasat told me a date (today) on which the installer engineer would appear. He came a week early having telephoned me, and was a very pleasant & helpful man. However he hadn't been gone half an hour when my connection failed, giving me a "connectivity limited" message. That was 6 days ago. I complained via email and was about to follow up with a telephone call as there had been no response, when lo and behold up turned another installer this morning, the due date, with no knowledge that someone else had already done the job. This man wasn't nearly so friendly as the first, but thawed a bit when I explained what had been happening and tried to get me up & running. I could see for myself that on the laptop he was using, he seemed to be geting full connectivity, but that on mine the "bars" were flickering up & down. He assured me that this meant that the satellite conncetion is working perfectly, and the fault lies in either my laptop or other equipment. I'm going to send the laptop off to laptop hospital, but because Europasat failed to get it together both regarding engineer visits and replying to my distress call email, I'm feeling we're off to a VERY shaky start.

A few hick ups with my order. The first was the dish arrived with the hardware bag missing. I arrived in France ready to carry out the installation then found I couldn't without the hardware bag. Then when I went to activate the service following installation I couldn't as my service had not been activated properly at Europasat then after another un-scheduled visit to France and half an hour trying to reach Europasat technical I am up and running and all is well. The service is much slower than advertised but seems to work even in bad weather and seems to be much faster at night when I guess there are less users pulling bandwidth.

Experiencing poor download speeds ( 1KB/sec ) Steve, Customer Service Manager sorted the problem, not sure what he did, but within 48hours speeds consistently achieved Circa 16MB/sec. Excellent result.

Online ordering straightforward. Hardware arrived on the correct day. Slight issue with installation as required a specific day to ensure our IT suppliers could be on site at the time of installation and this could not be arranged at the short notice given.

I am extremely pleased with the purchase of your Satellite and would certainly reccomend others to purchase one. The service was friendly precise and quick. The result very quick compared to my prievious system .

Happy with the overall package and good value for money! Self installation was reasonably straight forward although it would be helpful if the full installation guide was provided with the delivery instead of having to look one up online

My initial purchase was the 20 Gb download package. However, the download speed varied between 2Mbs and 0kb download. The average was about 50Kbs. This is very poor. At times, I wasn't able to update my PCs or even get into Emails. But, this is not the fault of Europasat, it's the satellite unable to cope with the traffic. Thus after complaints, I was put onto the Pro 30 package which is less congested. This has revolutionised my Internet access and download speeds to a reasonable level. So, a very good response by Europasat. Now it's a normal service.

Pre Sales service was very good and prompt - got a personalised business deal within minutes. Advisor knew what she was talking about! After sales service so far has been very good - few times when i have called the tech department answers to my questions have been very quick. I would strongly recommend them any time!

Not really happy with pre-fitting service,as not told this was a resticted use system,only allowed 10gb per month, even though I will pay for 12mths only being used by me in Spain for approx 3mths of year. No mention on there adverts about restricted use,only guaranteed speeds of 20mb, highest speed yet 16mb lowest 6mb very hit n miss. Still there are other services that do unlimited, so will change when 24 mth contract is up. P.S. Only shown contract 5 days after fitting as he failed to bring same on installation day,so did not know I was being locked into 24 mths contract. Would not mind the 24 mths and above complaints if I was offered more usage for my 3mth use. Ian

The delay you are experiencing is the latency that is inherent with satellite broadband; between 0.6 and 1.2 seconds. quick and good service from initial order to installation,however still problems installing wifi router but I will persevere,many thanks to all at Europasat for providing a service that British Telecom will never supply in a remote rural area of Scotland.

I find that the service is a big improvement on my last provider The speed is faster and I'm finding that being able to take note of my usage amount is very helpful the installation was very quick and so far very pleased with everything

Delivery very fast. Easy to install. System works great. Helpline very very good. I needed to call a few times to get help with my installation. I would suggest including an installation manual would really help.

Excellent service, delivered to the field in France in 4 days. Fairly straightforward to install and configure. One technical issue sorted out within minutes by phone and am now up and running!! Good download speed achieved, not into the number of bits and bytes etc but pages load quickly. Will be recommending Europsat to my neighbours.

I have been "watching" Europasat for over a year. This year I was attracted by the tariffs offered for the SES system which fitted my needs precisely. Despite sourcing my own equipment ( second user ) I have been delighted with the service from Europasat, both prior to getting my equipment up and running and afterwards. I visited Europasat House to sign up for the service; the people I met there could not have been more helpful and friendly. Since then I have needed to call the technical department once and again my question was answered swiftly. I think it is a credit to the company that they provide service, a person to speak to, seven days a week. Roger Jones
