EXCELLENT, FAST AND RELIABLE SATELLITE BROADBAND SERVICE. BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 2 YEARS NOW AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND EUROPASAT. REVOLUTIONIZED OUR HOUSEHOLD WHICH BEFORE EUROPASAT HAD TO RELY ON THE TERRESTRIAL SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE USUAL CULPRITS.

The service is great, the biggest drawback is when you have used your alloted amount is traps you down to 1 or 2 bites per second.

Not having the economic clout of the big Corporations like BT , Europasat can't stop the sudden pulling of signal to protect BT et al. So, although I have the now withdrawn 'unlimited' package, I frequently experience that glorious moment when the signal drops to almost zero.

Excellent service and cost. Compared with BT. last year was £400+ Europast £70 ish Need we say more ?

The service that we had when the system first went in was good, however the system where if i buy more and user more bandwidth I get a poorer service is bizarre. Since I went from using 50gb per month to using 100gb per month the system has become unusable in the evenings, as I am paying for 100gb why should I get penalised for using it? I am actively searching for a replacement system,

The speeds you are receiving could be due to the amount of people on the network at any given time as this is a shared network and for this reason, we cannot guarantee any kind of headline speeds. This is also why your speeds may be lower during the late afternoon till late at night simply due to the amount of people using the bandwidth. Please also be aware that the services is an up-to service which means the 20MB/s is not a guaranteed speed. This is stated in our terms and conditions which can be found at: https://www.europasat.com/support/about-us/terms-conditions/. This is a product you can rely on if you need internet in a remote location. With nowadays standards and expectations wanting tons of gigabytes per month for streaming and other on demand viewing or listening, the price of €10,00 / Gb above your monthly 'allowance' is quite hefty. But in some locations you have no other choice at all, when 3G nor 4G nor adsl or present and there Europsat has no real competition to fear. Probably this product will come under serious price pressure when at the end of 2015 your 3G/4G roaming internet will cost the same abroad in the EU as at home.

Hi Bruno Thank you for taking time to respond to our survey. Satellite will be more expensive that standard ADSL broadband due to the amount of funding that has been ploughed into the new Technology. A superfast satellite broadband service is what is claimed by Europasat, the reality is that at best it is reasonable but very often the service is slow. Primarily because of the delay between satellite and dish, but also when the service is used at peak times such as school holidays. On the plus side I have never experienced any down time with this service. The reality is a poor internet service over the telephone line is better. So use this service if you can't get a telephone line to your property.

I have no idea what you are referring to. I have made no purchases from your company , other than paying the monthly rental, at vastly more cost than can be achieved in other countries, but that's my fault for living in a third world country, Spain.

"You have recently purchased.." It was over a year ago. And furthermore, the helpdesk treat you like an imbecile and don's bother to determine your knowledge or skill level. If there was a viable option for net access, I would take it like a shot.

There is hole in your system whereby our order for a site survey made by phone did not get passed through to be actioned by the necessary person. Further my first telephone enquiry was not followed up or passed to the correct person. My second call was dealt with excellently both by the young lady who answered my call and also by the person who arranges your site surveys.

They came and fixed the satellite dish without fuss and on time. We use the internet source as a backup for our radio broadcasting and it works reliably.
