Being in a remote part of France found the system I have very reliable and the after sales service very good

quick on web sites having problems with vpn and downloading files from our main server getting support yo look in to this

The staff I dealt with on the telephone or by email were very helpful, and quick to respond to my queries. Seem to be a well organised provider, and properly commited to good customer service

i have a house in France, i bought the equipment in the UK from Europa sat and informed them of my intentions . i phoned 4-5 times explaining my difficulty on set up .but i know i was on my own .so i paid an engineer in France on the set in the end . plus it is too expensive for the private user for what you get .

I'm happy with the special offer package I've been given for 6 months. However, communication is rather poor. The agent lacked rapport and I ended up asking quite a few questions which I would have expected him to have volunteered information for. There were silent pauses as if he couldn't be bothered with the conversation.

Installation great, fast, sales girl good, seemed to have used up a lot of allowance without reason, I did ask who paid for the usage for the software update on the box and was told not me, so I'm puzzled and not totally convinced, not sure how it can be done without using my connection... anyway the second response from technical was a little curt...other than that the connection is good...

The instruction video is not up to date! It looks like it from the early 90s. It should be easy to follow if you have an Mac Computer and an airport express as router for example. Missing the downloading of the app in the video, for me that was a crucial part in the set up!

No more tethering to an intermittent cell phone - we now have a reliable internet connection at our rural holiday home in Northern France. The dish, mount and transceiver are much heavier than a TV dish. It can be assembled in stages but I'd recommend choosing a site that's not too difficult to access - I chose to replace an ancient dish on a chimney and had to climb out a velux window, tie myself to a rope around the chimney and clamber over loose roof tiles to a make-shift roof ladder! Assembly wasn't too tricky but the fine tuning took a while - got the dish locked on the azimuth then tightened the nuts and lost the signal, so took a few attempts and I'm not sure my nuts are fully tightened now. I certainly don't fancy having to re-align it after a big storm. Lesson learned - choose an easily-accessed location.

No problems from start to finish. Installation was arranged quicker than I expected. Speed seems OK for now and much faster than archaic BT

The business tariff was sold as suitable for business use, which it is not. The latency renders vpn and voip totally unusable and if I new this in advance I would not have purchased at all. I will cancelling my subscription and selling the equipment- totally useless.

Hi Paul Thanks for taking the time to respond to our survey. We would always recommend testing a VPN before purchasing a satellite system as the latency can have an affect on some VPNs. This is mentioned on our website and over the phone when VPNs are mentioned. We will be introducing a VOIP service imminently. Kind regards The Europasat Team

Initial service was good. However, a pretty basic error has slightly dented my confidence in Europasat. I feel they have looked into the issue and apologised, so let's see how it goes from here.

One days work to install on your own. No specialist knowledge required and help, if needed ,at the end of the phone. No more worrying about the state of my phone line.
