Been with is company for about 2 months and had broadband for less that half of that time. When I call I am on the phone waiting to speak to someone from Tech support for an hour at a time with the same message on loop! Strange how is you press to speak to sales it is through in 5 rings! Every time I am told I have exceeded my data however at the age of 60 the only thing I use it for is email and checking facebook. No downloading, no watching films or youtube NOTHING! HOW in Gods name can I be exceeding my data? They cannot even tell me what my data allowance is apparently. Stay clear and find yourself another company is my honest advice.

I wish that there could be a zero rating After ongoing loss of internet and nothing being done for months I rated this company last week as I star I was called back by Alex who told me that new router would arrive this Monday still no router still no wifi it's getting on to 3 months now I think that Alex needs to sort out the warehouse I have just phoned and been told that no router has been sent out if any other satellite companies are reading the reviews please contact me if you can give me a reliable internet service

they failed to collect payments and then decided to take 5 payments of £106 out of my account without telling me. One star is too high. I rang numerous times and finally the Finance Director took my call and said he would stop the payments and sort it out. He failed to do this so then they took a further 4 payments out all in the space of 4 days! The senior team then let some poor lady in accounts take the brunt of my anger as the Sales Director Mike would not ring me. Shocking behaviour!

Terrible service I have had no broadband for two months still taking my payments of £64.00 a month An engineer was sent out monday to install a dish and router neither had arrived so engineer had to go away no calls nothing about why I have no dish or router no one answers e mails or phone I've lost two days pay having time off work waiting in it's a terrible service

took the service just over two months ago, sales person was excellent and helpful. soon the speed was bad and getting worse, contacted sales who passed on message to technical support. after subsequent attempts from sales to support to contact me with no results had to contact two seniors to help, none of them responded and direct message to support failed to get response. it seems to me the company is run by ghosts and I can't believe that you seem to have scores up to 37% as good, hell if after two months they are not responding they do not deserve shit.

I would like to give everyone a good advice : Look for companies who at least pretend (or actually do) give service. Europasat is technically average. Administration wise a disaster. GBs disapearing without being on line. Boosters are not activated. Boosters price and life time changed without notice. New (??! one year old) website does not give details of tickets, it's even not possible to make one. My system and support are no longer on the website as this is no longer available for sales, so if I need to check my consumption or other details forget it. Promisses, o ya a lot answers or solutions No. Customer service (Phillip Legge) silences when a (difficult) question is put on the table. Contracts (Kate Bellamy) prefers to handle each mail you sent as the first she sees from you, so answers??

Stay well clear of this company if you can ... fast to sign up new customers with promises of 'up to ' 20mbps speeds .. but what you get won't be 1/10th of that .. lately 195kbps! Been with them for 4 years as it's only option... bought 50gb package .. yet speeds are being throttled before you even reach your limit at 10gb steps .. as they claim fair use policies .. past week speeds are 28kbps and they replied " we raised the issue with management " again after last weeks phone call ... stay clear of this company if you can !

They don't answer phone calls don't reply and speed is nothing like they say trying to get in touch with them is impossible try every other avenue before signing up

TERRIBLE aftersales. Quick enough to sign us up and take payment then nothing at all to ensure the service is up and running after that. Not one bit of connectivity from them, and nobody is returning emails now despite being told 1 working day in each automated reply. I don't understand how companies stay in business with such poor standards.

Very bad service been a customer for nearly a month now and haven't had any internet the whole time. When ever I call up to see what's happening I'm told they are going to resolve it but nothing happens. Tried emailing and calling and get no replys or calls returned. Seriously wouldn't recommend them if I don't get it resolved soon I will be cancelling the contract. waste of time and money!!

This company took over Avonline !!!!! They were not good !!! this company is worse !!!!!! Don't use at all !!!!!!! Go for a 3 home wifi on 4G get 40Gig for £20.00 per month and loads faster than what they promise, and a good back up when setting up. Also if you travel in Europe and other country's you can take it plug it in and still use the allowance at no extra cost!!!!!!! Avoid like the plague!!!!!!!

I posted a comment recently saying my speed was 1.5Mbps and the best I'd had that week was was 8Mbps, they sorted swiftly and I even got the famous 20Mbps. Since then it has gone up and down (mostly down). 20:55 2nd August my download was 139kbps 08:20 3rd August my download was 441kbps. 08:20am is not exactly peak time. When I signed up the only negative reviews seemed to be mostly trivial problems, take a look at recent reviews, they say it all. Anyone thinking of entering into a contract with this lot should stay well clear.

This company have taken over Avonline satalite company a few months ago, Avonline were bad but this company is even worse. Pay £86.00 per month and last week my system went down and believe it or not they or the satalite Avanti can not solve the problem !!!!!!!!! What chance have I got !!!!!!!!!. No customer service that works, Online chat don't work , Emails don't get awnsersd, Technical is none existent. If you are thinking about satalite internet 100 0/0 don't use this company. You will get more sense out of the clowns at the Circus .

Do not choose europasat if you have any other option, We pay €89 per month for almost no service its so slow, but we are caught by the fact that we are in a black spot for internet provision. I have recorded and timed occasions when I waited 50 mins to get through to eupopasat technitians, on one occasion I waited and was cut off after 30 mins, it at least 10mins to Customer service but no problem getting through to sales. There are no call backs, no solutions , no advise, its not their problem once it is installed and they run a test!!! and if that looks good to them then its put up with it. I have been advised that they are working on faster sattalite. Its soul destroying and frustrating that we are so dependant on this company to have any sort of broadband and internet in this day and age

1 star as the option for zero stars is unavailable. Consistently lower than than 0.5MB/s never had more than 1.5MB/s EVER despite an up to 20MB/s taffif - frankly your service is a joke

I was waiting 10 mins to talk to a sales person, yes a sales person. then got through to Customer services. Mike wasnt at his desk!!! what just one person on sales!!!! As i was hanging on the line decided to check reviews run by the website and please dont be misled by the STARS **** 4 and 5 stars mean nothing and its extremely misleading. I was reading the messages on the 4 stars and people were saying yes ok service but the download is not what i was promised, called many times, service is poor, no reply to emails, money taken when major issues are there. I am not even a customer yet and i think the company is deliberately manipulating their score. Read the review and it will put you off it did me

The company is very good at selling the product, further on it is just downhill. It took an engineer ages to get it installed the service is extremely slow and does not work as advertised, does not recommend it at all.

Very, very poor customer service. Support tickets are raised and go completely un-answered, and now they have removed the facility to even do this. No one calls back when they promise, and if you call them, no one is available to deal with your specific enquiry so the only option is to wait for another call back, which you know isn't going to happen. This seems to be a company that knows people only chose them because the normal, copper or fibre options aren't available, and so don't really care about actually looking after customers, as they know the customers have no choice. Dealing with them is an utterly horrible experience which i wouldn't willingly subject anyone to.

Great at selling you product and once in, it all turns to rubbish. Support is poor, takes for ever and generally does not fix the issue. When finally, having concluded that the service was patchy and unreliable I decided to cancel, had to send registered mail request to cancel (email was not good enough). Then, after months I finally received acknowledgement, was told I had to dismantle their installation myself as they would not collect their own equipment. Truly awful.
