“My Customer Service Agent, Chris went to great lengths to help and although we had to get further assistance from technical support, our satellite and broadband were working within the hour. Very happy, and far better than the service I received from BT!”

“I just wanted to pass on my thanks for the fantastic service provided by your engineer Darren this morning when he installed our Avonline / Tooway satellite broadband system in Logie Coldstone, Aberdeenshire. Despite a number of difficulties in the installation (not least the failure of his battery-powered power drill!) he managed to get us up and running. Helpful, engaging and a credit to your company. Nick and Lisa Bailey”
