Before I got TOO WAY Broadband instaled I was on dialup it was unbearable. No one could get me cabled broadband and all the supliers were doing away with dialup. Islesat was working at my place of work I spoke to Paul to get more information about instalation ,cost ect . I soo glad I did it is super fast beter than I ever expected thank you.

I purchased an SES Satellite system for my holiday home in central France as a cheaper option to having the internet from France Telecom. Over a 2 year period I will save about £100-£150 and after that about £200 per year. There is little competiton in France to get a good deal from other companies so France Telecom have the monopoly. I installed the system myself following the instructions and it all went very well. I have gone for the basic 4Mb down speed, .5Mb up and 3Gb per month which works well for me. I have a couple of times purchased an extra 3Gb at £5.00 which is easy and instant. It works very well and does what I want and am pleased with it.

Good service and coverage, relatively fast internet. Overall price could be better, our agent quoted us a price after installation and that price was never met. Would like to lose the agent fee and pay less please.

We wanted speed and reliability. Taking Ping time into account it never seems fast. When I try speed-tests from independents the speed is always hugely slower than the company speed-test. The fact that speed is determined by the number of users, the more money you make, the slower it gets, so that is annoying. The slow supply is however fairly reliable, with rare outage. The cost is extortionate, with extra GB costing far too much. If I had an alternative I would use it. I am not a happy customer.

Unfortunately, due to the speed of light and the huge distances that the signal travels up to the satellite and back again, our Ping averages between 750 and 1000ms. Kind regards The Europasat Team

The response to my purchase was prompt, but I was overcharged. When I pointed out the error, they quickly rectified it. Therefore, all ended satisfactorily.

The setup was slow and took time to receive the signal. The unit performed slowly and reception was at times intermittent. I had been assured it was fast and consistent.

A volume of 10 Gb a month is not so much. Yoy have to be carefull with downloading, otherwise the max volume will be reached very soon. And 30 euro a month for 10 GB is a lot of money, comparing to other internet providers.

I originally opted for 20GB as I was told that it was enough for my needs. At the time of installation you had an offer of unlimited usage, however, when I discovered 20Gb was no way near what I needed, I then asked to be upgraded to unlimited. I was told at that time that unlimited was now unavailable and I could opt for 50 GB. This installation is in my property in Spain which I use for 5/6 months of the year. You can imagine my surprise that two days after my return on the 27th November, I received an email on the 29th from you stating that I had used 36% of my allowance up to 5th December! Thankfully I now have a good internet service through Movistar so as soon as my contract is up, I'll be disconnecting fro your service. Best regards. Tony Murphy

The product we have doesn't work it is supposed to give high speed internet ours only works for the first 50 percent of the allowance supposedly this is because of a mountain (hill) obscured the satellite although it works for the first two weeks in the month. Customer service is appalling.

it is good but expensive, i would change if i could get cheaper nearly 50 euro a month for internet is too much when with adsl you get so much more. dave.eady@wanadoo.fr

Satellite will be more expensive that standard ADSL broadband due to the amount of funding that has been ploughed into the new Technology. I think for the price that we are paying, the internet should be unlimited. I look at other companys and for less money, that is so. I need the internet for mi work and every month i reach almost the limit and have to remind the children not to use the internet often.Or we need to pay more. regards Saskia

The car which I have at this moment is not very good, but O.K. The communication with the service is poor : I asked several times to be treated in my own language, which is also an official language for the office where I rent the car (Brussels), but they only write to me in their language. That is not polite, and it is politically unwise.
