My only problem is that your installation is in my villa in Mallorca which I use for about 8 weeks year. In July the villa is full with my family and they all use the internet so within days I run out of bits so my system runs very slow and I have to buy more. However during the other 10 months I am paying for something I never use. Why can't I accrued points and then use them in July rather than loose them

Europasat provide us with a very reasonably fast, secure and stable internet service. The communications and the website are good. My only misgiving is that it is fairly expensive, if not very expensive.

Satellite will be more expensive that standard ADSL broadband due to the amount of funding that has been ploughed into the new Technology. Hi Ian Thanks for taking the time to respond to our survey. We cannot see a recent speed test performed on your system which has been with a computer connected to the Tooway Modem. Please can you perform our test at http://speedprobe.skylogicnet.com on a computer with a direct connection to the modem. We are in an area in france that will probably never receive broadband, But we are extremely satisfied with our satelite Also in France we have a lot of times whenwe have no phone due to lines down in storms, but we always have the satelite, We also love the fact that we can receive bbc I player, and ITV I played, which is not possible with the French broadband or satelite

I am able to access Uk programmes easily, however, and particularly at weekends, I get interruptions and the screen freezes. This can happen several times in and evening and spoils ones viewing and sometimes the screen switches back to the program menu. Otherwise no problem.

The speeds you are receiving could be due to the amount of people on the network at any given time as this is a shared network and for this reason, we cannot guarantee any kind of headline speeds. This is also why your speeds may be lower during the late afternoon till late at night simply due to the amount of people using the bandwidth. If you have particular concerns, can we ask that you call our Technical Team when you are experiencing the particularly slow speeds and they can investigate for you. Kind regards The Europasat Team

So over priced it is next door to robbery. The prices would not be so bad if the service kept pace with it but it is up and down all the time, you can never switch on your computer or ipad and know you will be on line. It is pot luck all the time. As you can no dought tell my wife and I are not happy.

I have had a contract with europasat for over 14 months and for the 1st year everything was fine. However on the exact day of passing 12 months the pricing structure has somehow quadrupled. I now find myself somehow using a months allowance within a week without changing the internet useage(web sites/emails etc) Despite this, both the company through their technical department and my installer have been able to offer an explanation of why this is so. I now find myself locked into a contract which I believe is an absolute rip-off. I am now recommending to any friends or fellow expats here in spain not use europasat.

All started well fantastic speeds we now get better speed though our phone line in a rural setting at 512kbps. i phoned many times to see whats going on. good for a few days then goes bad again to the point i cant watch a youtube video! Would not recommend dont get nothing more for your money than paying 3.99 through sky for unlimited. We only purely keep it as a back up @ £24.99 a month i think i need to re think on that!

I signed up with 2 Way because in the North East of Scotland there is poor/weak computer link to the internet. I pay £488 per annum which is not so cheap but with 5 sons and partners visiting over Xmas, I will have plenty of capacity for multiple Ipads,tablets,etc I am indebted to Europsat for my satellite facility which gives no trouble and a reasonable speed. Not as fast as London but perfectly adequate. Thank you. i notice Rwanda has been fitted out country wide with fibre optic cable......

Every contact we have made with TOOBAY and through them EUROPASAT has been trouble free, helpful, courteous and personal. You can talk to real, pleasant people and get the answers you need. These things are rare today. The installation was swift and efficient, and after the first month I am a very happy customer.

Not as fast as I thought it would be but a lot better than standard providers have been , when at times there was no connection at all.

I have only been with your company for three months and I can tell you the service has been great. My property is too remote for French Telecom to provide any voice or broadband services and mobiles can only provide a text services ( if you are lucky). So your flexible service allows me to run my business remotely and stay in touch with my family. I also am aware I can obtain extra band width if I need it for large documents etc. Yes, your service meets my current needs. The only down side is I would have liked to pay via a BACs payment method on a direct debit arrangement which seems currently unavailable?

I have had no problems with my Europasat satellite, very different from the old SAPO ADSL system I had here in Portugal. That thing was always trouble! And now if I have to make a phone call to Europasat,, I get a polite response in English! How refreshing! Catharine S.

After initial problems with a faulty modem, (which we were informed hadn't happened before), once it had been collected and replaced the set up was relatively simple and the system has been working well since. I find the data usage on the client portal and the invoice e-mails very useful as they help monitor our progress.

Still waiting after delivery a month ago for an install have rung and told them still in box even paid for a professional to install it! So so far rubbish would not recommend to a frog! Let alone a friend

The main attraction with europasat is that they answer the telephone quickly and it is possible to speak to a person rather than a machine. Problems are solved without delay.

The quality of the internet connection is not always good. The pricing of the service is ridiculous. I run a creative business and to try and survive on 35gb a month with video and design file downloads is not possible. And you do not offer any more than that for download. Only 65mb for browsing - so that is a con. I wish I had signed up with a different supplier. I warn people not to use you now. I will change suppliers as soon as I can in a year. I suggest you rethink your packages seriously.
