I telephoned the main number and a lady by the name of 'Trina' called me back at 1750hrs on a friday, she was most helpful and efficient and my account was set up and active in double quick time. Saturday afternoon i called the tech helpline who within 10min returned my call, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, 20mins later, online and working! 10 out of 10 thank you very much.

The Too way system has brought us into the 21st century! Essential for us to run our business and allow our guests (we run a holiday letting business up in the Tuscan mountains) access to wifi which they all expect in this day and age, A little expensive but a small price to pay as the benefits out way the cost. And it's keeping the wife very quite doing online shopping ????.

We originally bought a satellite dish for TV via Big Dish Sat some years ago and were pleased with the service we received, so naturally went back to them for our broadband. We've been really pleased, impressed actually, with the service we've received from both John at Big Dish Sat and also Europasat themselves - Alex was very efficient when I called with a query about the set-up and extremely pleasant too and John at Big Dish Sat has always been amazingly helpful. There is nothing bad I can say. I'm new to this technology do I had 1000 questions Every one was answered so I could understand

The Equipment and the installation are good. In use the Internet speed is too irregular, specialy in the evenin when I want Watch Netflix.

Within 24 hours of use the system had been throttled with a claim that I had used my monthly quote of 25gig. I had sent a couple of emails and browsed a couple of sites nothing more. I then researched the internet and found lots of people complaining about impossible data useage claims. I cancelled my contract. Avoid at all costs

We can absolutely assure you that you had used your allocated data allowance and offered help on letting you know the exact amounts and times when the data was consumed. We also offered you advice on adding data monitoring software to prove your usage but the offer was, again, refused. John Siddal was helpful and informative, both by email and when we met him face to face. The advice he gave me was most helpful and allowed me to set up and install the dish with the least bit of hassle.

Re-connection of my system was very much delayed for no apparant reason and despite the fact that I had given plenty of advanced request that I needed reconnecting by a particular date. It took several long distance (international) expensive calls to get things moving Despite assurances that nothing has changed since last year, download speeds have become painfully slow and erratic

I have given the overall rating as poor because I am on the 20Mbps download package but have never seen anywhere near that, the max has been 14Mbps with the lowest and most frequent being 400Kbps! I put in a ticket regarding poor Skype connections. I DO appreciate that the ping (Latency) is high at 700 - 800 ms but this often is nearer 2000ms! I have had no resolution from Europasat on this yet! It did seem that the support hadn't read my ticket properly and said that latency would be an issue, I KNOW that! I wish do use my satellite broadband for VOIP but I have not had an answer as to how good this will be, and again I understand the latency issues but mobile phone conversations often have delays of nearly 1 second, but the call QUALITY i.e. the lack of stuttering and lost parts of words isn't an issue, I want this assurance from Eropasat. Really pleased with the service. Equipment arrived on time and service commenced as soon as it was activated. No issues with speed either. The help line people were very helpful and patient when we were installing the equipment.

Very pleased with the service we received. The Wi-Fi was up and running when promised. The usage is easy to work out and the packages to buy are straight forward. Only had this for a few weeks at the moment so will make another review later on.

I have a problem, you say we used 10 gab in 48 hours, the data was used even when we were not there, with all the machines turned off, we have downloaded a program to show how much has been used and this differs very much from your assessment we have reported this and don't feel very listened too. There is a problem yet we have not had the support from yourselves that I would have hoped for.... Mr Pead

The speed is good, what has shocked me is how quickly the 10g cap is reached. I have only had this less than a week and already I am half way through my allowance. This was using Skype, the picture was clear and the connection great, but I will not be using Skype again on here as I do not want my allowance to be gobbled up. I assume this will be the same with anything like films or downloads, so be aware. The engineer who fitted the diah and equipment was excellent and where we live is not the easiest place to get to, but he did.
