We have been extremely impressed by both the service itself and the customer support. The staff have been incredibly helpful. Our installation is in a very rural area in central Europe and compared to the fixed line service we had the satellite service is still a revelation. Speed and reliability is excellent. Without hesitation we would highly recommend Europasat.

It would be easier for us to pay for unlimited acces to the internet instead of a certain GB per month.

Satellite will be more expensive that standard ADSL broadband due to the amount of funding that has been ploughed into the new Technology. However, we are hoping that this will reduce as the option becomes more 'mainstream'. We do not offer a truly unlimited data tariff. Kind Regards, Europasat Team

I have been with Europasat (Tooway originally) for 5 and a half years now. Great company to do business with. I would recommend them to anyone. Phil was very helpful on the phone today as everyone else I have had dealings with at Europasat have been too. Great product too. No hassles in my 5+ years with them.

No problems with Europsat at all. We once had a problem with our internet and they talked us through what could be wrong in a clear, precise way. They always let us know if our usage is going up so we can decide whether to increase it or not.

The system was installed quickly and efficiently and the installers were very knowledgeable about the product and ways in which it could be used. Operating speeds are consistently good. Can't understand why this isn't in wider use throughout Europe (perhaps it is and I don't know about it?), especially for areas in blackspot pockets outside the scope of national broadband systems. Highly recommended.

We have been with you for about a year now and to date we have had no problems whatsoever with reliability of service. We would happily recommend you as we have with a few of our customers already via our website www.french-locations.co.uk.

This was a DIY installation of an SES satellite Broadband system. John Sidwell supplied the system,and I installed it. John gave excellent support over the phone whilst I was installing it,and a Europasat technician talked me through the settings to make on my laptop to enable dish "pointing". All in all,a good experience with ongoing running cost savings compared to Orange.

We have been customers of Tooway/Europasat for some two hand half years now and find the service is excellent. We live on Exmoor, within the National Park, and have absolutely no viable links with terrestrial broadband nor any mobile phone reception, with no likelihood of this changing in the foreseeable future, so without Europasat we would be effectively cut off from so all internet services. We shop on line frequently (although delivery drivers are pretty shell-shocked by the time they find us), so Europasat are providing an invaluable service, both to us and the suppliers that rely on the internet for business. Naturally, we now greatly rely on email and enjoy YouTube etc so many thanks to Europasat, what a astral invention!!

The service to set the system up in the first place was first-rate, on time efficiently done, and clearly explained. It proved difficult to know how much broadband we would use but at least it can be amended as we go. It is still not quite as fast as I expected but is still from 50 to 100 times quicker than our landline version. Recommended all-in-all.

operative very informative and good service, goods arrived quickly. Tech staff very patient with me and helped get system running . Slight concern about usage in first three days as you informed me having used 40% of my allocation. Then three days after new months allocation informed me of 60% use ! Have bought another 10gb for this month just to see how it settles ,but all the years I was with BT never exceed my 10gb months allocation. Keith Fowler.

I have had my system up and running for a year now and have been delighted. I live in an area of storms and high winds etc and it has never affected my signal. I was promised speeds of about 20mg and it has usually exceeded this. Any problems I have had ( usually something I haven't done properly) have been dealt with quickly and courteously over the phone. All in all...well pleased.

On learning that I was about to be cut off because of payment default due to the fact that I hadn't informed you about a change of debit card: I was alerted by your local agent Daran Brown who arranged for me to phone you to provide the necessary details; on phoning the matter was dealt with spedily and in a most helpful manner; the problem was painlessly resolved within 15 minutes of having been first alerted. We have found the service first class. As a pensioner I am not a technophobe and found the staff extremely helpful and more important patient. We have no hesitation in recommending Europasat.
