“Оплатил услуги за отправку шуроповерта и 2 литеевых батарей. Эта компания eurosender является посредником между заказчиком и DHL. На сайте я не видел предупредительных сообщений об отправки таких батарей . Посылка только через 8 дней вернулась ко мне . На сайте DHL есть вся необходимая информация об отправке таких батарей .Я завел аккаунт на DHL и что вы думаете ? Отправка одной и той же посылке на сайте DHL и eurosender с разницей 42,8 процента . На DHL дешевле . eurosender пересылает свои заказы DHL и все . Лучше работать напрямую с DHL без посредников . Остается мне вернуть деньги за первую пересылку .Компания не хочет мне возвращать полную стоимость .”

“ich hatte Riesenprobleme zwei große Hifi-Lautsprecher in OVP ohne Palette nach Polen zu versenden. DHL und andere haben rumgezickt. Eurosender hat den Job nicht billig aber sicher erledigt. Tom”

“Used Eurosender because of a recommendation but was severely disappointed. My luggages took almost a month to arrive at the final destination, I had to be calling and sending emails to know where they were because nobody would contact me. Besides that, one of the luggages was delivered completely broken and Eurosender informed that a luggage itself was not covered by insurance. I felt extremely wronged and with no return/refund whatsoever, I do not recommend.”

“The package was never picked up! After calling and requiring information about it, the only thing said was that the person rang the bell several times and left a note, which was not true because we were home all day (the bell didn't ring) and no note found. We waited for two days and nothing happened so at the end the package was never picked but we were charged in full for the service. Really disappointed, unfortunately not recommended.”

“One of 3 packages was damaged. That included bended/pressed(!) frying pan from the side. By the way Lucas not Justyna have ordered, the automated system didn't work here.”
