Sorry, but the gls transporter destroyed the very well packed item, a surfboard. Not good :-(

I purchase from Eurosender on the 22nd of march, for a luggage from Lisbon to Milan. Today it's the 9th of April and I'm still waiting. It's true that I contacted the company and they are very willing to help you, nothing to say about the assistency, but however, I'm still waiting.

i had sent two suitcases from portugal to france, one arrived with a little delay which is okay and the other one with 3 weeks of delay. they both arrived broken in a way that i throw both of them away.

We made an order and payment. Two days after, since we were not contact by delivery service, we contact them and receive information that we needed to call them after we receive confirmation from Eurosender. By that time they could not guarantee us deliver by the time we needed. Therefore, in the end, we needed to send a package by post service.

You collaborate with ACS, that has the worst customer service. They didn’t ring the bell, they didn’t deliver all the boxes in one go, i had to collect most of the boxes by myself. Your services will be great if you just collaborate with another courier

I paid three suitcases from Italy to Finland and I received two but the only answer is that I should wait until the courier founds the lost one. They separated the suitcases and lost one and don’t know where it is. It’s unacceptable that you even put on the tracking info I’ve already received everything. I’ve sent all the possible codes from my other suitcases to help them find my other suitcase but they don’t know even with that information.

The collection of the package went smoothly, but the package was returned without being delivered ; they said they had sanitary reasons (package was sent before the epidemic) and had a lot of deliveries since (without any sanitary problems). I wouldn’t recommend them, didn’t get my package !!

Le paquet a été collecté le lendemain de la date prévue, aucune information n'a jamais été communiquée. Le paquet a pris largement plus de 2 jours pour arriver à destination contrairement à ce qui été annoncé. Au moins l'entreprise de livraison a pris la peine de contacter pour la réception du paquet. Néanmoins le paquet est arrivé en bien triste état, heureusement le contenu a survécu mais visiblement le personnel ne prend aucun soin.

Pick-up was very difficult as the package was not collected 3 times in a row without explanation. I spent a lot of time trying to track couriers myself only to he told the order is due for collection but woth no shows. Would not use again becsuse of the stress and hassle involved.

I used eurosender in order to move from one city to another in Denmark. So i sent 9 packages. Despite the fact that one package almost got lost because the service that eurosender cooperates with in Denmark (Postnord) sent it back to its pick up address without any notice, I also received from eurosender a wrong tracking number. Not only that, the courier service that eurosender referred me to and told me that was going to pick up the packages was not the one who did it in the end, so i had to figure it out on my own.

Motivos da minha instisfação: (1) A recolha foi feita somente no dia seguinte àquele que eu pedi ! (2) Não é aceitável que a transportadora compareça para a recolha quando bem entenda sem qualquer combinação de horário! As pessoas trabalham e não podem faltar 1 dia de trabalho para ficarem "de plantão" à sua espera!

Muy mal servicio, ya había contactado y no había tenido ninguna problema, pero esta vez no pasaron por la encomienda, no responden el el teléfono de servicio a cliente y aun no tengo mis cosas

Purtroppo ho avuto parecchi problemi con il ritiro del pacco, ho chiamato più volte l'assistenza e sono sempre stati molto efficienti quando riuscivo a parlare con operatori italiani. Per quanto riguarda anche la consegna ho avuto problemi anche per questo, un pacco infatti è arrivato rotto ritrovandomi all'interno un pezzo di legno, tipici dei pallet utilizzati per riporli una volta arrivati in deposito, naturalmente all'interno mancavano alcuni articoli. Non ho voluto ricontattarli perché sinceramente ero stanca dal momento che il primo ritiro era previsto per il 9 gennaio e tutti i pacchi sono arrivati a fine febbraio.

The package was picked up a few days later than initially stated. The delivery to the address I was sending the package to was a nightmare, because the delivery person behaved in a very disrespectful manner. All in all the issue was with DHL, however they are a crucial part of the experience and made it a mess all together.

The courier service man didn't go to the receiver's home and updated that the consignee was not present. Two days happened same Then my receiver went to the courier office and received personally.. The courier company is Gls..
